I have had the worst experience with this place. This is my 3rd visit to this place nd this time extremely worst. The staff are not at all friendly no smile looking at you with a grumpy face . They give you the menu card nd expect you to order ASAP and will wait right next to the table till you tell them to give you sometime. They are in a hurry to serve you as well. We had ordered paneer sabji, post tasting we found out there is excess salt. We did complain to the so called captain about it, he heard and left without acknowledging. We called him again then he says he will get back to us. We waited but he never returned maybe he was expecting we would let go why should we he's not going to waive off the charges or we didn't go there for charity. We called him again he then says he will replace it post 10 mins of waiting by then we had lost our appetite and patience. The only option he gave was replacement and that he will get the sabji in 2 mins. To our surprise the waiter comes and takes away the sabji from our existing plate in a small plate and takes it right away to the kitchen. How do we know if he is going to give us fresh sabji or saute the same. When asked why was the sabji taken before we got the replacement he didn't have an answer. As in seriously the sabji was literally taken away from our plate. They did not hve the courtesy to even apologise. People cme to a restaurant to eat at peace and for good taste this place doesn't address both. This restaurant is not recommended for those who are looking for good customer service as staff dnt even know what customer service is. extremely dissatisfied experience.

Perfect place for people who love non-veg. They offer good quality food, hygiene and taste. They have good sitting arrangement and beautiful decor. We had different cuisines here: Soup: ▪️Sweet Corn Soup (Nov Veg) It was very sweet that we had to put lots of chilly sauce and vinegar. Not recommended for people who love spicy food. ▪️Manchow Soup (Nov Veg) Spicy. Great taste. Good Chicken. Truly recommend. Starters: ▪️Corn Butter Fry: It was perfectly cooked and fried in butter. The taste was nice and quantity was really good for 7 people to eat. ▪️Non Veg Kebab Platter: The platter had 3-4 different kebabs. All kebabs were finely cooked and tasted really good. ▪️Chicken Peshawari Kebab: One of the best kebabs I ever had. It had soft texture with good smokey taste. Drinks: ▪️Green Spider: Something I had for first time. Really yummy and nice fruity flavoured drink. It is mixture of kiwi syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and thumbs up. ▪️Long Iceland Ice Tea It consist of four white spirits, orange liquor topped with cola. It had amazing taste. ▪️Sula White Wine Perfect texture and good for someone who loves wine. Main Course: ▪️Murg Musallam It had perfect taste with chicken properly cooked and marinated. The quantity was more than expected. Could easily serve 6 people. ▪️Butter Naan: Hot and soft textured naam finally coated with butter. ▪️Dal Khichdi Tadka: One of the best Khichdi Tadka I ever had. Good taste, perfect consistency and texture. They only turn off was they took 45mins to serve main course.

Utsav Delight Dining & Bar has been a favorite of mine for many years, and it is my go-to spot for a delicious meal when I am in India. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff is always pleasant and attentive. 

The food, however, is the true star of the show. All the appetizers that I had both veg and non veg were simply delicious. The spices are perfectly balanced, and the heat level is just right - not too hot, but with a satisfying kick and the quality is commendable. For the non veg dishes the sauce is rich and aromatic, and the meat is tender and flavorful. It's the ideal combination.

I've tried a variety of other dishes and have never been disappointed. The naan bread is always warm and fresh, and the sides and accompaniments are always delicious. The chicken Biryani is a must-order, and the rest of the menu is equally delectable and there is no compromise in Quality of the food. The Appetizers are mind boggling. I have not had anything like that in a while. Top notch service too.

Any dish you order at this place is very delicious and also at any outlet in Thane of utsav is great. The food, the ambience and the price is quite expensive, however it is worth it at the end! Dishes I have had : 1. Mushroom Aftabi (Starter) 2. Thai noodles soup 3. Paneer Nanging chilly (Starter) 4. Paneer in oyster sauce (Starter) 5. Hara bhara kebab 6. Veg crispy 7. moong chat 8. Arabiatta pasta 9. Pot Rice in Wine 10. Thai spring rolls All the dishes mentioned above rating 10/10 The quantity, quality and taste is just epic.

I had visited this place multiple time. There is a banquet hall which is good for small patties of around 40 to 50 people. Food quality and service both are good. You will get speakers and mikes as per your requirement. Ambiance is not so much great but you can ask for balloons or flower decoration with charge. I personally didn't like the place of washroom which is very much into main area and can't ignorable. Also there is no enough parking available nearby. I will suggest you can have small functions here with reasonable budget because main part FOOD is really good.

Extremely Great Value for Money Food & Drinks. Prompt Service!! which was an extra added Advantage to visit such palace. Even they have separate Sections for Family which even make an Great deal to join with Family.

Visited with my family and guests and had a horrible experience. Started with Pasta options where in ONLY TWO Toppings are permitted for price of INR 680/-. This is a complete rip off and icing on the top they don’t provide even two slice of garlic bread with it. To add further, third class hospitality as captain had no sense of talking (rude behaviour). Furthermore, service was quick however onion utappam ordered was uncooked and had to return. I mean fail to understand for what are they charging so much. Better to avoid and visit some other restaurants.

Went to utsav with a friend to enjoy some beer and food Ordered ghee roast chiken for chakna , masala peanuts and prawn shezwan tripple rice for main course... Ghee roast Chiken was tasty, it was crispy with thick gravy , enjoyed it. Prawn tripple rice was unexpectedly tasty as the rice was enclosed with prawn aromatic taste , fresh prawn added to the delight. Worth visiting

Utsav Bar and restaurant, some people get confused with the Hotel Utsav Veg Restaurant. They have no connections whatsoever. This Place is best for regular drinkers as it is offering a Nip system ( quarter system) but a decent one. Also the food is very tasty, quality although is a bit on a lower side. For starters Paneer Burhansic Kebab is the best one. This place will be mostly liked by Non veg eaters as it offers wide range of CHicken, Mutton and sea food deliciousies.

We had gone on sunday evening. It has a bar on the ground floor , Family dining on 1st floor and Banquets on 2nd floor. About the food we had order mix of beg and Non-veg food. It was a good dining experience. Food aa well as Ambience was also good. Well managed staff. Chicken was very well cooked and paneer on the veg side loved upto expectations of any paneer lover. Taste was good service was also prompt. A place to be on Sunday evening family dinner when in thane.

The food was delicious but the services were bit slow, maybe because we visited on 1st of January. We ordered a bunch of stuff including starters, main course and drinks. The prices of everything were moderate and can cost you around 500 rupees per person if you are in a group of 8-10 people. It would have been a great experience if the services were a little nice but nevermind. The place was safe and children can be brought here too. Loved it.

For lunch or for dinner, Utsav is an ideal place for food. Taste has always been great. From starters to main course and deserts, they have a wide variety of options. You can customise your food as per your needs- spicy, non spicy or sweet. They staff is always happy to help. Smoky chicken is a great starter for those who like Chinese. The chicken biryani, chicken malvani handi and other dishes are delicious to say the least.

One of the worst experience we had in terms of food, service and taste. Not at all recommended.

Not worth the price that we paid. Ordered a surmai rawa fry which wasn't upto the mark. Also, we requested them to serve two papads for the dal khichadi that we'd ordered, to which they flatly refused, they said that they'd have to bill it (seriously, charge for two roasted papads??). It was certainly my last time there. My offer to Utsav staff and owners: Come to my place for FREE papads (only once though)

Went there to have some fun with office colleagues, and had fun too. Ther service they provide was good. Working people are friendly. Food was good too... Ordered Chinese food and the taste was good enough. Atmosphere was good too. Overall experience was good.

There is a family restaurant on 1st floor and permit room at ground floor. Chicken 2 in 1 (chicken kebab stuffed in cheese, 12 pcs in a plate) and pot rice is a must try. Service is good and staff is more polite on 1st floor. On ground floor you are allowed to smoke. Service is quick. Car parking is a bit problem here though the watchman helps in parking. For bikes and scooter no issues.

Good place as the banquet hall is for small family Function.also food is good starter is nice veg as well as non veg ☺️☺️☺️. Food is good both veg and non veg. Parking is An issue for 4 wheeler. 2 wheeler parking is available. Service is good staff is also nice . Hall is for 25 people maximum.

I always visit this place whenver in thane. The food is amazing.. the only drawback is Gr floor seating for men Its always full of smokers as there is no restriction to smoking. All come and smoke to badly that it also effects the foody atmosphere around non smokers. i hate this place for this feature. Rest the upper floor for family is nice n cozy.

Not really happy with the food too much of high cost. Although the ambiance looks good. The music is kind of sad and services is not up to mark. Table for tow is the worst place to sit rather sit on a couch of four. Try to to pick up table where service is easy and reachable and you'r sitting away from the waiters to make private talks.

This is old restaurant and I have visited this place many time but off lately the hygiene and quality has lost in this restaurant. Staff too is least bothered and interest to serve you. From 5 start experience they have moved to 1 star now. On top of all these, in my recent visit in Jan-23 we found a housefly in soup.

Utsav is a really good reasonable dining option for non veg lovers. They have a variety of delicious starters and main course, the staff is very friendly and the service is prompt. I've often called for delivery from here because I love their kebabs especially the chicken tandoori but dining here is a good option too.

Utsav is the anytime favourite restaurant to visit. Always serves best quality of food and yet never compromised on taste. It's a proper family restaurant. The service is very good. Staff is friendly too. I loved the fact that the bar section is different and family section is different. Value for money too …

My go to place, with family for any occasions if we are in the mood for some Indian food. You get the best chicken kebabs here. The Indian food is really delicious. The ambience is decent. The staff is well organized and at times customises the dishes according to Ur prefernces. U also have valet parking here.

The place serves one of the finest chicken curries around..Must try Chicken malwani sukha and roomali roti..Ambience is decent just like the other restaurants in the vicinity..Staff is very friendly and the best part about it is Owner is always there to reach out in case of any suggestions.

Service level is very pathetic, very delay in delivery of foods once you order, if you have huge time then do visit, once their captain takes order then you will have to search him for the status, very slow staff in all parts, i have personally experienced 2 times. Food is good.

The food quality was Good ie. Pav bhaji n Masala dos a but the 1st service impression, when I entered the Hotel, immediately after taking the seat, unless and until you order something, Water is also not serve. Which I think is not good and bringing the rating down to one star.

Would definitely not recommend to go if it's weekend not worth money spent on any food be it be starter or main course. They all are in hurry to get new customers and not worry about quality and taste of the food...

Always good place to have food here. Quite expensive but food taste is good. Separate family area too. Only worry is tha parking issue as that road usne a days is narrow because of new overbridge. Even walkway outside of the hotel is not maintained by municipal corporation.

Utsav is the all time favourite restaurant to visit. Always serves best quality of food and yet never compromised on taste. Best for non veg lovers. The service is very good. Staff is friendly too. The bar rates are high just chk it before order. Overall very good...

Best hotel to have the non veg all the starter is mouthwatering the service is also best and you can have the bestest family tym at the hotel or even get together, parties....much more....I would always prefer to have the utsav hotel for non veg starters...

They have two separate sections for bar, regular and family. Family section is cosy enough. Regular section serves quarter system. Pricing is moderate, and one portion food is large enough for three. Parking can be hassle. Service is average.

The staff didn’t inform about the closing time. The timing the restaurant has put on google are also wrong. The biryani was not fresh at all. It’s a very terrible experience.

The food quality is good. The staff is quite humble, however the lower floor is damn shady. The ambience and feel is more like that of a local bar. It would really enhance the ambience if they could add some good lighting.

There many utsav frenchise in thane, so don't get confused. This utsav is near makhamali lake. Easily accessible, polite staff, comfy place. Food is decent. Food is delivered on time. Comparatively small restaurant.
