No Tofu, no bean sprouts even after choosing them from the side options. Their 4 step choosing method is a total joke you Won't get the side items in your food. A supermarket with a food court and kids corner seems a nice concept ! Product variety and availability should be enriched as from the looks of it it seems they are only focusing on foreign brands no deshi brands i remember seeing! And besides they also have stationary confectionery items also with some clothing items and decor items . However i only went there to try the foods where I surprisingly found an item which is so rare in the whole ctg that is CHICKEN BUTTER MASALA ! The taste was on point too good where barcode fuchka seemed blended and off taste

Spacious supermarket with a very good range of products and prices are reasonable too, for example I bought a small bottle of coffee by 400 taka from Utshab and the same products are priced at around 650 taka in Agora and Meena Bazar. Moreover this shop has some products that are not much available in other super shops. The ventilation is very good and the overall design of Utshab as a supermarket is very well planned compared to the other supermarkets of Chittagong. The behaviour of the staffs are also nice.

Great idea and orientation. Always welcome supermarket ideas in Bangladesh. But, it's high time our Supermarkets stop providing items for only high income people. Supermarkets are for all classes of people, like in the developed countries. Just look at Costco and Walmarts, sell in good prices with discounts.

They have some good collections of groceries but the cooling system is not so good! They have a good food court and have a kids zone but the game is so much expensive. I think 200-300bdt for 10 minutes is way expensive. And most of the games are for adults
