I was having severe tooth pain in both previously treated teeth (Molars), Root canal treatment was done 5 years ago, and I thought it might be some local infection, so I visited Dr. Rohan's Uttam Microdentistry Clinic, after initial examination, Dr. Rohan discovered 3rd nerve (Root) which was very minute and was not treated in previous treatment, Dr. Rohan Explained me about the rare phenomenon of having 3rd nerve (Root) in Mandibular first molar!! He treated both Molars properly and suggested for cap, everything was quick and less painful, and more importantly it was pocket-friendly. Talking about the Ambiance, it was fabulous, you may get the feel of entering a 5-star hotel lobby, the services offered by the entire polite staff were of top class, and the way Dr. Rohan explained using animations, Xray, and videos cleared all my doubts, I will always refer to Dr. Rohan's, "Uttam Microdentistry & Implant Center" for correct, Less painful, and pocket-friendly treatments.

Par Excellence I was going through a terrible toothache of a previously done Root canal procedure 10yrs ago. I visit Dr Rohan Kamble for an opinion. I thought the pain would subside by Pain killers and some cleaning.but was shocked that I was diagnosed with Severe deep Root canal infection which if not treated well would complicate further.
