Highly unsatisfied with the service. Unprofessional as well. At the time of quotation, they committed that they will dismantle and assemble the wardrobe, but the time of delivery denied the same. They are more a transporter rather than a packer n mover. My household was not handled with care. Many furniture got scrach on it, mirror of wardrobe was broken. At the time delivery, driver asked for local transport charges. Labour asked for tip and chai-pani. I will not recommend V-star in future. In no condition, avail their service, if delicate household stuff is there.

Excellent work in packing and personal care to reach the personal effects in an ease way. Distance is not an issue. Being defence employee, i Recently transferred from banglore to Vizag. I preferred this v Star Cargo packers. They did best and ZERO damage to items. Reached in secured way and that too, in promised date in short period. Reasonable price also. I suggest this transporter and can rely on them
