If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The previous reviews are likely fake and from friends and family. Communication is very poor, services offered on website differ from what is actually offered and there a huge lack of professionalism. I specifically asked for and was promised salt removal as a service and the gentleman who arrived forgot the necessary equipment. After reaching out politely to resolve the issue, their decision was to block my number and avoid fixing their error. Avoid like the plague.

They sent an inexperienced employee to clean my car. I saw him throw the shammy on the sandy driveway to rinse it off; stopped him right there and told him to go home. Would NOT recommend. What was done up to that point was poor quality. Thankfully I stopped him before he scratched up the paint.

I don't have anything to say except that the job was done and it was done right. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fully cleaned without leaving your couch, what a time to be alive! Thanks again to the V12 team, looking forward to seeing you again!

Excellent service. Wash was done in a timely manner. Above average cleaning service. Would recommend if you are looking to deep clean your car with high quality.
