We finally took the plunge to have the side return relaid by VDM in its entireity and have been delighted by their work. Excellent craftsmanship, delightful client service, communications and a team with a proper work ethic delivering to a very high standard. The team on site were a delight, polite and tidy. leaving no mess inside or outside the house on any day. VDM's brilliant service included returning to fix a snag for us promptly and efficiently. I wish all building companies were as reliable and trustworthy as VDM! I have no hesitation in recommending their work to anyone considering a builder to work on their roof. Highly Recommended. VDM Roofing did an excellent job putting an entire new roof on our house in Chiswick, both pitched and flat. I had several quotes and VDM were the cheapest but the standard of their work is simply top drawer. Vlad is very nice to deal with and he and his boys are very meticulous and worked very hard to get the job done quickly- but cut no corners and did a fabulous job. The new roof looks superb and you can tell that the level of workmanship is very high. Also, VDM were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and were always available on the phone or at the property to advise, inform and allay any fears. A really great roofing company and one that puts a premium on customer satisfaction, quality materials and workmanship, but at an affordable price.

For some years the flank wall of my house was so damp that I had to replaster the interior walls several times. VDM inspected the site and diagnosed the problems -- faulty hoppers and drainage pipes, a leaking flat roof and poor pointing in the flank wall itself. VDM's quotation was very reasonable and they came to carry out the work as soon as the Covid lock-down permitted. The work was completed quickly and according to the spec. My neighbours were not disturbed and the site was left in perfect order. And, most important, the wall has stayed dry since then.

VDM roofing replaced our roof tiles and Velux window in a conservation area in Richmond. They provided a detailed and accurate quotation, which they stuck to. The work was completed to a very high standard extremely quickly. They worked long hours, were professional and courteous throughout, and we’re delighted with our new roof.

Knowledgeable and very professional. Site visit & quoted for free and then did exactly what they promised, on the day scheduled and in the time allocated. Cleaned up and also left a health report for the whole roof with photos as evidence. Would highly recommend and will use again.
