Vero Moda needs no introduction as a brand however Narendra Jaiswal who works here as a staff definitely needs a pat on the back for the kind of generosity and nice customer interaction he poses. Been here for a shopping recently and to my surprise some of the dresses bought here were not in size as a reason they had to be exchanged. When we arrived here for the exchange my query for the exchange was not taken by the manager incharge with complete understanding it caused a moment of trust issue with the brand like Vero Moda but later out of somewhere Narendra entered and helped me for the exchange. I think brands like Vero Moda need more people like Narendra for customer facing and rather should not make anyone sit on the counter impacting its reputation.

Denmark Country brand in india selling products in the name of Vero Moda. Latest fashion and trends for woman's one can get easily. The cost of the product for super rich family and people who love brand. Location is very good I.e. main market of Lucknow called Hazratganj. Product available there are highly costly and will give you hilghly satisfaction to you. There is little problem for parking currently but will soon solve as Metro works in full swing to complete. Ultimately good shop and product.

There are no doors in trial rooms. Staff told existing patterns of trialroom is pan India . Stuff too expensive, not worth the price quoted
