  • "I know we don't live in a perfect world and there's "pro's & con's" to almost everything you can think of and most times you only hear about the con's, but aren't times are hard enough for everyone as it is? For the most part, I enjoy riding with VIA, no matter where I need to go VIA can get me there or close enough for a short walk and if I don't know which bus to take I can ask just about any operator; they're more than just operator's, they're people too, or you can check out VIA's their web site"

"Really Big park N ride, cops always on duty and some to most the time K9 dogs, restrooms but they also have port-o-potties"

    "Completely unprofessional"

"Located at "skid row" ! People sleeping or passed out on sidewalks across streets "

"Helpful with anything related to transportation"

I know we don't live in a perfect world and there's "pro's & con's" to almost everything you can think of and most times you only hear about the con's, but aren't times are hard enough for everyone as it is? For the most part, I enjoy riding with VIA, no matter where I need to go VIA can get me there or close enough for a short walk and if I don't know which bus to take I can ask just about any operator; they're more than just operator's, they're people too, or you can check out VIA's their web site. That was the pro,now here's the con. I remember a time when you can always rely on VIA's schedule of when a particular bus would be departing that specific location on; or shortly after, the designated time listed on the schedule - but never sooner! So what the heck happened? I do my best to arrive at the bus stop at least 5-10 mins; if possible, before the scheduled departure time, but lately I've had to literally chase down buses leaving ahead of schedule, just as I'm arriving and I've noticed I'm not the only one. If your lucky enough to get the operator's attention - he/she "might stop for you; especially if you're running", but don't count on it. Like I said, these are hard enough times for all of us, but we shouldn't make it any harder on anyone. This doesn't happen very often, but it does happen.

Really Big park N ride, cops always on duty and some to most the time K9 dogs, restrooms but they also have port-o-potties. Lots of sitting all around the areas. People of all kind. Remember if you give one person a cigarette keep in mind many more will follow and ask. Beware of your surroundings at all times. Other then all that. A place to catch more then 1 bus to get you around San Antonio, TX. Bus safe y'all!

Completely unprofessional. I purchased an all-day reduced fare rate and presented a valid military ID card, but the driver wouldn’t let me on and made me purchase an additional, full-rate fare. What a slap in the face, advertise a lower rate and then choose to not honor it. Will 100% just get a taxi next time.

Located at "skid row" ! People sleeping or passed out on sidewalks across streets . Street preacher with portable microphones yelling across street. Dead trees sinking into the ground. Police on property as body guards for passengers transferring to different bus. Vacated VIA buildings! ! !

Helpful with anything related to transportation. It looks nice there and the level of convenience is awesome, even if you're just waiting for your next bus. But the transportation officers are ALWAYS..UP..YOUR..BUTT. I mean for any little thing that you do that seems wrong to them.

Placed in next to the county jail, and next to the largest homeless shelter in the usa. It is a beautiful area if the local ppl are not giving you attention. I think it will all work out in time. Wifi all over. I hope some businesses soon.

Place is great to transfer to different points of the city, but it's locate in a rough area. Heavy security around. I rather to use others transit centers next time.

I go there in the mornings and I'm glad that it's well lit up. Lots of lights and there is security there as well as information places.

Perfect for upcoming tourists! And the views in the tower of America! Only on the bus routes going into town. Take care.

Mandatory stop for some bus routes. Sadly,a lot of homeless in the area. A lot of yelling and no security around.

The lineup could be far more efficient and beneficial to patrons if done at Centro.
