After reading several opinions I decided to take treatment for frozen shoulder in vinitas physiotherapy centre. The treatment provided by Dr Vinita is very effective for me. I had cocyx pain from last 5-7 years and then off lately developed sacrum pain because of the tail bone mis alignment. Earlier I had visited multiple orthopedics and physiotherapists but i was getting relief only because of pain killers. But the acute diagnosis of the issue and analysis of pain by doctor was very effective. In 25days of session i got relief and i am able to do my daily actvities without much pain. Though i understand because of my bone alignment i need to take precaution always and need to follow instructions provided by Dr. But I believe if i follow her excercise and take daily precaution i will be able to live a pain less life. Dr. Vinita is amazing. Orthopaedic told me that I have spondylitis - cervical and lower back. After trying many treatment/therapy/medication, I came accross Dr. Vinita's physiotherapy clinic. She understood my problem and suggested the appropriate treatment and exercise accordingly. Approximately after 15 sessions, I am feeling much better. I had a reconstruction surgery done of my ACL and Medial Meniscus on the Left Knee. Being a sportsman I needed a physiotherapist who would understand sports medicine and help me with my rehabilitation. After a little bit of research I decided to meet Vinita at her clinic. After the consultation I was under rehabilitation for the next 2 months under the very able and confident hands of my therapist Erika Rodrigues. Erika has done such a wonderful job with my rehab that she has earned the praise of my surgeon Dr. Vaibhav Bagaria at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. I wish Erika and Vinita success always. Started with physiotherapy for my mother suffering from frozen shoulder from 1st December, 2019. Very happy to share our wonderful experience with the doctor. Experienced, warm, friendly, loving, down to earth human being, very understanding & co-operative, kind-hearted & caring. She is honest, hard-working and very professional. Due to work from home during covid I developed lower back pain. I started with a physiotherapist near Mira road station thru my friends reference after more than 10 sessions there was hardly any releif. Dr. Vinita is very good and experienced doctor. She goes to the root cause of the problem and gives treatment. I was having issues while walking due to my ankle fracture (Calcaneum) and it was paining from one and half year. I had consulted other physio & ortho but it did not work out. Hi, I had a severe pain in my rightrside of head, ears, neck, back & sometimes hand. This was diagnosed for cervical spine issues. Before meeting Vinita I had being to 2 physiotherapist. I visited the clinic for my cervical spine physiotherapy. I was struggling with cervical spine issue from a very long time but after I started with the treatment within 5 days I could feel the difference, I stopped wearing the cervical collar belt too.
