I’ve been coming to get Monthly HydraFacials with Sierra and Botox/Dysport/Restylane Kiss with Katie! I cannot recommend these 2 ladies high enough! I have extremely sensitive skin and I love that Sierra respects and knows what’s best to handle my skin. Katie handles my neurotoxins and I will never trust anyone else. I get Botox on my masseters for TMJ and alternating Botox Dysport for my lazy/twitching eye. She also adds Botox on forehead mostly for preventative. And Let’s just say my lips have never looked better with Restylane Kisse! Both are so knowledgeable and professional, and do an amazing job with my skin! Lately I’ve been getting so many compliments on how well my skin looks, it’s all thanks to these 2 ladies!!

Went here for my first hydrafacial and was so impressed! Amanda was so informative and walked through everything with me. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend! UPDATE: Had a great experience until the last time I was there. The treatment I had done did not go as planned and caused more damage than good. Felt worse when aesthetician told me she hadn't had this experience with this reaction before. She then proceeded to recommend a laser treatment that will cost more money to fix the problem. While things happen, I would've liked to have been closer checked on due to the reaction I had. Especially with how expensive the treatments are. Unfortunately, will not be going back.

I had a horrible experience at this location!! I had the under eye PRP treatment done by Katie on December 20th. I was very adamant that I wanted this procedure to be discreet and was worried about having any bruising or swelling during Xmas break. Katie assured me that I would be fine.. Instead, I had 2 black-eyes for 2 weeks after my procedure and my Xmas was completely ruined!! What made the whole experience even worse was their customer service after their mistake. They seemed to not care at all and the only solution they recommended was to pay them more money for a laser procedure?! They do not care about you at all they just want your money. Stay away!!!

Couldn't recommend this place more! I see Katie for my Dysport injections and Amanda for all facial and skincare needs. They take a consultant-first approach where I feel they are really listening to me and creating a custom plan based on my skincare goals for my upcoming wedding. Katie is a wizard with Dysport, and my skin has never looked better under Amanda's care. I've never felt like I've been sold something just to sell, everything is totally tailored to my skin type and look I'm going for. On top of that, everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and the location has a fun upbeat atmosphere. I'm glad to have found my go-to medspa in Austin!

Amanda was absolutely amazing in working with my daughter. Her detail in explaining a treatment plan for her. She went in for a back facial treatment and within 30 days we could see a significant change. It put a smile on my daughter's face and that spoke volumes to this mother's heart. We are committed to 3 sessions and the 2nd session was just as amazing. The products and the back facial are working and we couldn't be more pleased with the results and with Amanda. I can't say enough wonderful things about VIO Med Spa! The staff is incredible. From the moment you check in, through your services and again at check out, everyone is helpful and welcoming. I get all my questions answered with zero judgement and feel so comfortable working with their staff. Katie Z and Amanda have been my service providers so far but I can't imagine anyone else there would be any different. They have great specials and a beautiful office!

Had an amazing experience at VIO Med Spa and highly recommend! Everyone was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and professional. The spa manager/owner, Jessica was so sweet and knowledgeable. She explained everything in great detail and got me scheduled despite my strict timeline. Jackie was my provider and was super kind and thorough. So thrilled with my results!!! I am new to botox and fillers, and I was extremely nervous that I would walk away looking unnatural. Jackie did such an incredible job listening to my goals and providing her advice. My crows feet are completely gone, and my face looks more dewy and symmetrical. This place is wonderful! I just moved to Mueller and needed a fresh face. I booked a consultation and was serviced by Juana, who did an excellent job! She helped me understand the best procedures for my skin and future assessment. My face was glowing when she was done. The desk staff were also so kind and helpful! I’m really impressed and look forward to more facials!

I came in a few months ago for my first ever injections. Katie was so knowledgeable and helpful walking me through the process and eliminating my nerves. It was quick and easy and the results were incredible!! I’m going back in a few weeks for my first hydra facial and I’m so excited! Also, amazing front desk staff and very clean!!

Overall great experience. The staff was very informative during my consultation. During my facial, Amanda was very descriptive on what she was doing and left my skin dewy. After, she recommended a few products and provided samples for those I wasn’t sure on. Definitely recommend.
