The service in this post office is similar to the service in any other post office or government office in India. The quality of the service depends upon the nature and quality of the individual staff member. Therefore some times you may come across a staff member, who may be very courteous, helpful, customer-friendly and very efficient. But sometimes you may also come across a staff member who may be quite rude, arrogant, unhelpful, inefficient and lazy.

Only 4 counters among them also only one handling most of the work which results in long queue and waiting time. Services not up to the mark, if you are visiting here then please be mentally prepared as it may take time and there is no proper shade nothing to avoid sunlight. . If you are here for postage than please carry change because they don't have it !!!!

Worse experience, send 2 speed post couldn't reach in 5 days in local jaipur area aslo when I called them mostly not picked up when they pick up a lady name Kavita Meen was not knowing how to contact their own branch which is in local area. Why the join the office when they dosen't know how to work at all.. Helpless people

As usual highly pathetic and slow service.. typical Govt. style.. not caring for the elder citizens.. the lady executive talking rudely with senior citizens.. highly disappointed and then these Govt. officials have problem when it is privatized

It is mostly crowded by people as there is limited counter for sppeed post and no proper waiting place , most of the time people stand outside the main building in que ... Either theyy increase counter or provide proper waiting place .

Only four counters, out of which only one counter is dealing with 75-80℅ of issues.. People standing in lines till outside of office gate in sun or rain.. Pathetic and sad condition of India post..

I never want to visit again but as per government rules it's necessary to send vpp through local post office of residence... unless very bad experience in this post office.... please never visit

I send a speed post on 24th april which is not delivered till now.The current status is your item is out for delivery which is showing for 29th April.The contact no also always shows busy tone.

Needs to have more counters for speed post and registered post. Also should have limits for 2 or 3 speed post acceptance, if someone is having more should stand in queue again.

Location right on main road, spacious with good parking spots. Service as usual as expected from any government office. Poor, lazy n arrogant staff.

My very important parsal is with them for last 7 days no one pick the phone.. In this lockdown time I have to go to the office for my parsal.

They didn't pick up call......it's very poor service....i am calling from last 5 days continuously but they did not respond..........

Here some of the staff members are extremely rude...quite slow also...and work as per their mood...don't even give proper answers

They are sitting there with the aim of agonizing you and making simple things complicated for you and nothing else!

The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.....they don't even answer the queries....extremely pathetic !

Third class service whenever I visit one one counter is working rest are closed always .

Good place and employees behaviour is so kind but visit place before 3pm for registrar

Please note that 0100 pm to 0130pm is lunch time. Counter is closed during this time
