WOW. If I could give Paul & this company 10 stars, I would! From the very first call to the personal delivery and placement of the final products by Paul himself, I was blown away. The customer service was truly unparalleled. I had only a quick 2 week timeline to get about 15 med-XL arrangements for a big event. The moment I put in my request on Yelp, Paul called me about an hour later and asked me for the general vibe/feeling I was going for, and Pinterest photos I could send him for reference. From that point on, Paul responded within hours of each e-mail I sent, kept in constant contact w/ me via phone if he had any questions, and even called me 2 days before the event just to tell me about the "happiest" flowers that had just arrived for our event & asked me if he could text me pics of the raw product! I LOVED that! He initially told me that some of my Pinterest photo flowers were not in season, but he would do the best he could and even order MORE than he might need for us, at his expense, to ensure the final product was up to par. He said, "this is my livelihood, and I will not let ANYTHING leave my shop unless it is up to my standard!" And the final products were BETTER than my Pinterest photos! Paul arrived at our event and took the extra time to strategically hand place all of the arrangements where he thought they would get the best light/impact. Legit. I've worked with a bunch of vendors, but Valentine delivered by far the most beautiful flowers I have EVER seen. I have used Valentine florist several times in the past for bouquets I've purchased for my wife. They always were beautiful arrangements and my wife often commented that they were some of the nicest flowers she had ever received. It is for this reason that we decided to trust Paul to do the arrangements for our wedding. We asked him to do the flowers for our chuppah as well as the bridal bouquet for my wife and the boutineer's for my groomsmen. Paul took his time talking with us as we explained what we had in mind and often made wonderful suggestions for both flowers and arrangements of decorations. He was always available to speak with us anytime we needed and made sure to keep us updated during the planning process. During the week of the wedding Paul made sure to stay in close contact with us up until the morning of the wedding. Oh my, where do I even start! This company is amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I needed to have a nice set of flowers delivered within a day's notice! After I read the reviews, I was convinced this was the company to use. After I placed my order I wanted to call and make sure everything would be ok but nobody answered after multiple phone calls so I crossed my fingers! I requested that they be delivered within a certain window of time and they did that! My Significant Other was AMAZED beyond belief! The roses were fresh, some lilies were open but some were not so my S.O. was happy to get more mileage out of the arrangement to last longer. The vase was beautiful and did I mention how amazing the roses were? Wow, just wow! The delivery driver thought he didn't include my card but he called my S.O. to confirm it was there. Valentine Florist did an excellent job for both of my orders! I ordered once in December 2019 for a friend who Was hospitalized. My friend was hospitalized again recently and Paul called me directly regarding whether or not the order could be delivered because of the pandemic. It could not Due to hospital policy. We needed a last minute wedding car bouquet so we decided to reach out to several florists. We had some that replied back to us electronically but Paul was the only one that called us first with a brief phone consultation. He explained the cost break down, which was very reasonable, discussed how to drive the car in conjunction with the bouquet, suggestions for types of flowers he would use. When the arrangement was picked up, it was fresh, beautiful, and perfect. He checked in with us the day before to let us know everything was still good to go and checked in with us the the following day to make sure everything went ok. I live in California and wanted to order flowers for my daughter in law in Houston, TX who just had a baby boy. I was floored at the AWESOME experience I had online and by text. I ordered the Designer's Choice Spring Mix at 6:55 am PST, they sent me a preview (several pictures) of the beautiful arrangement at 7:20 am PST (by text) and the flowers were delivered at 8:13 am PST and if the quick response was not enough...the arrangement were gorgeous!! I love how they made sure to put blue in there! I love ordering Designer Choice since they know best on what to use and this florist did not disappoint!! My daughter in law LOVED them!! Before contacting Valentine Florist, I had tried other places including Amazon to find Rainbow (Kaleidoscope) Roses. Then I came across them. I contacted them the last week of January in preparation for Valentine's Day as I knew they'd be busy and these roses were hard to find. He was very pleasant on the phone, knew exactly the things to ask me which made me feel he was experienced and knew exactly what he was talking about. Exceptionally Pleased with Flowers and Service. - I ordered a dozen roses from Valentine Florist. I spoke with Paul. He was friendly & helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He even called his wholesaler because he didn't have the rose I wanted in stock. They arranged them beautifully and delivered them the next day just when they said they would. I couldn't find a Peace Lily or other plant online, but I did see a picture of one from a previous satisfied customer. I called the shop and spoke with Paul who told he me could deliver a Peace Lily with yellow roses and Baby's Breath that would look very nice. The arrangement ordered was really beautiful and done with very fresh flowers. The delivery of my same-day order was super-fast and friendly. This team went so far above and beyond! I gave them the wrong address they saved the delivery from the wrong house AND figured out the correct address and redelivered.
