They're eligible for a 5 star review but lately they have been closing the 24-hour store for a. At nighttime short-staffed so they can stock.. I am a very early riser and go to work very early and sometimes need to go through there and get gas coffee and incidentals, please know that it seems between the hours of 2 a.m. and 4:30 they are closed obviously the gas station is automatically operable with card's or quick pay pass, I would easily give them a 5-star rating if they would go back to being open 24 .7 other than that fix the freaking money order machine. NOT OPEN 24HRS. If you try to go here Friday or Saturday night at 2am its closed. They claim its for restocking but they clearly don't because 50% of the time they don't even have bottled water in the store. Sometimes for days. Unless you want some pretentious PH balanced water that makes you goto the bathroom. You'd think the buy 2 get 1 free bottled water deal means they want to sell a lot of it, but when that runs out you won't see any for a few days. Poorly run NON 24-hour Valero

Went in for a quick snack. The cashier by the name Melissa was the worst ever. She was on her phone texting while I stood at the register waiting to pay. I believe she even over charged me when I notice all I paid for was a seltzer and hot dogs. When I asked if that amount was correct being that she was not consciously there and focused on texting. Her reply was rude and unprofessional.

Is this is a great place for coffee. The manager during the week Kathy is great. Everything is clean and greeted with a smile. And she'll know your name by the end of the week. She puts everything at your Arms Reach. Bathrooms are clean but yet for me. Kathy the manager makes my day everyday. So go there I recommend it...

Wow so maybe this is the new normal. I cannot believe stores are refusing business so that they can put away their truck. That is absurd. It’s Austin Texas like can’t we have a 24 hour store? I went to get gas at 3o’clock in the morning and the stores closed. This is absolutely absurd.

The Woman with Blonde Hair, that works during the day, is one of the best attendants I've ever seen in the 46 years I've lived in Austin. She's always friendly and informative if you ask her about something in the store. All in all, I've never had a bad experience at your store.

Conveniently located - easy to get in and out - this Valero is a great place to grab a quick drink or snack. Nothing new here - they didn't reinvent the wheel - it is just your typical corner store with just what you would expect. I get

Friendly staff , quick service, clean and fresh smell, good prices for a gas station, regular gas station quick bites like hot dogs , nachos, etc, but it's convenient for me and I like better than some other nearby gas stations.

Always clean and stocked with a good selection of last minute "I forgot" options. Or in this case, sitting at the bus stop with our Boston Terrier named "Billy Bob Klaes" so he can see all the cars and trucks go by.

Mgr/Owner? is always friendly & lets customers know their business is appreciated. Gas is usually cheap, but items in store are pricey, but mgr is quick to offer deals or items on sale.

This is one of those old-timey Valero's that their gas pumps you still have to pull the handle up now I know my credit card number won't get stolen from that one you know what I mean

Customer service was good. They were able to give me change for a 10 so I can have money for the bus A lot of stores won't give you any quarters due to the shortages of change

The Cashiers there are always friendly. If you're a night owl and think about stopping by around 2am to 4 am, you're out of luck. They shut down to restock at that time.

Always get what's on sale and later think I'm rich. I worked here and their manager accuse me for stealing and the manager was stealing and got busted.

This place is open 24 hours and I usually only venture in at late night hours, but the staff is always super nice and the bathroom was well kept.

The Only thing I don't like about this place Is always being asked to donate a dollar. I know it's just a dollar but it is annoying.
