today Saturday 10/19/19, at 2:50 pm , i sent the secretary to buy cigarettes and a coffee, she went and took creamers and sugars as we requested.in the moment of the pay the lady charge her 10 cents for every single creamer and 10 cents for every single sugar, when they are free, when the secretary arrived to our office i went to the valero to ask for the refund and prepare my coffee there, the lady refused to return our money. i ask her name and she didn't give us her name , so we had to took a picture for this complain, we work really close to the valero so we have to use it and we had another issue with them, because they keep the bathroom looked, and they ask if we are a bout to consume something or no, they only open the bathrooms if we consume, i think is illegal what in this valero they are doing. as a frequent customer i feel robed. i have picture of the coffe, creamers, ticket and the lady.

Today. February 16th of 2023... I went in there to look around while I was on the phone she started asking if I needed help I told her that I couldn't multitask that I was just going to finish my phone call up cuz I only have 30 minutes left on it. But she was rushing me out telling me that I needed to buy something or to basically get off the phone. Then had ppl looking at me to see if I'd "Steal".... I'm a business owner myself so stealing isn't my ideal. Very rude women at the front counter. She has very poor customer service. And shouldn't be working at any store in my opinion because her customer service is very poorly. I will be talking to the manager and to the corporate owner of Valero !

PLEASE CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT FLAVOR OF JUUL PODS...went in the store and asked for mint but the girl gave me menthol, both packs look similar plus if she wasn’t sure of what I asked she could’ve double checked w me. Anyways, by the time I realized it wasn’t mint, I had already opened the pack and what not but I can’t even have menthol in the first place. Please make sure the next time someone asks for either mint or menthol you double check you grabbed the right one before selling it, diligence is key for customer satisfaction

NASTY & disgusting! The clerk was RUDE to us & refused to give us the posted sale price for 1 Liter sodas, 2/$3. We even took a picture to show her! She claimed that she HAD to charge us $5.78 because the computer "wouldn't let her" charge the posted price. Even worse, she wasn't wearing a mask! Out of the 10 other customers, only 3 wore face coverings. Why bother to post a Mask Required sign--or a "sale" price --if your RUDE employee won't bother complying? We won't be back!

They don’t give you the correct amount of gas. I paid cash in store and gas was going for 2.89. They stop the pump early cause when you calculate the gallons the pump reads their shorting you cents. Do that all day with people constantly pumping and you got a good amount of money your stealing all day. I got pics and a receipt to prove my case.

Even though it is clean, it is so clustered and stuffed it feels dirty. Great for a place where your go in and have 40 options of 24 ounce beers on ice for a quick grab before you head down the road. Wash water for wipers is usually dirty whereas across the street it isn't. Isn't crowded or overstuffed there also. Choices, eh?

Most of the time the pumps don’t work. You leave a credit card in, it tells you to take it out right away, and then it tells you the reverse. They also closed two hours earlier than they’re supposed to. Went over there Tuesday night at 10 PM they were closed even though Google says 12 AM.

Someone is very off at the store they keep closing randomly out of nowhere. It is now 739 they were closed for 15 minutes then as I was leaving closed again. I’m wondering what’s going on? Why close 2 times in a row?

This is my go-to gas station. Very polite staff, good stock of drinks, good coffee, and there's even a Bitcoin ATM. I could not find any monster java products, but other than that, pretty good!

Gas station attendant is a liar. She lets a customer. Use the restroom but told me that the restroom doesn’t work. I’ll never go back there again. “Paying customer” I think she was racist.

Was in the area and wanted an energy drink. I thought the flies hanging out on the racks was nasty till I walked away with a drink, looked down and had a fly sitting on my drink.

Valero is an excellent convenience store go there to fill my car up with gas and has ATM machine what is full of goodies a decent prices love cat

Cheapest ice around. 75 cents for a 10 gallon bag. Just get there early on holidays as they will sell out.
