Please do not use these people. They are con merchents. They are not a house removal company. They were sent to us via Anyvan. They are at best a man with a van. They only sent two small vehicles and two drivers to move a 4 bed house. They did not speak English except when it suited them to ask us for more money. We paid extra for them to pack boxes. They only sent 5 boxes and 2 wardrobe boxes. No tape. Only packed 5 boxes with no wrapping. Hence our belongings got damaged. Only two blankets to cover furniture. One was wet. Hence furniture got damaged also. They left damage to both properties, their rubbish all over our drive, our belongs outside on the patio, furniture unassembled that we had paid them to reassemble. The pinnacle of the story is that they stored two Chesterfields and all our garden furniture in the garage saying it would not fit on the vans and would come back for it, then refused to go back for it unless we paid a further £450. We tried to resolve these issues with this company but all they did was to manipulate and lie. We have reported this company to the Trading Standards. If you have had similar issues I would highly recommend you do the same. This is the only way to stop companies like this trading.

I arranged a pick-up and delivery with Van-24 and was particularly impressed by the fact that the person I was dealing with (Claudiu Balasa) was very quick to respond to any of my queries. This was also true on the day of the pick-up when I was notified of the time my parcel was picked up and also given a time slot for delivery at that point. I will certainly use them again.

I trusted the guys from CFMB from the first moment and I was not disappointed. They were punctual, organised, and skilled in what they did when moving my home, which it wasn't an easy task. I hope I'll not move home for the next 20 years at least, but if needed I would call on them without hesitation.
