I recently came across Vanguard which just so happened to be a stones throw away from where I live. I reserved a unit over the phone and came in on the day of the move and was greeted my Steve who swiftly sorted out all the paperwork and I was able to move in that same afternoon! Steve was extremely kind and was very transparent about the whole process including costs (which are extremely reasonable for SW1). I have now been using vanguard for nearly 2 weeks and the staff have been extremely helpful with getting my trolleys to unload my car and asking if I’m okay each time they see me. I will be using their facilities long term as I am limited for space at home and my storage unit is like a spare bedroom which helps massively with decluttering. The storage facility is extremely clean and you get a real sense of security inside as it is fully equipped with alarms and cameras. A real bonus for me is the late closing time of 8pm which allows me to pop by after work should I need to. I would highly recommend vanguard Victoria without hesitation and in particular Steve’s customer service!!

This is an extremely well run facility. Excellent staff. Steve has been so helpful! He has been very cooperative, friendly and extremely supportive throughout my time here thus far, has answered all my questions and accommodated all my needs timely. About the unit, the storage unit is very clean, well maintained and secure with digital codes. The move in was nice and easy. Reasonable prices to hire a space with an easy booking process, I’ve compared a few quotes from competitors and decided on Vanguard. It’s very easy to access the venue as well (there is a lift) and 8am-8pm access works for me. The space is well laid out so it's not a pain to access your room. There are trolleys to help move any awkward or heavy items, which is extremely helpful. I am planning to rent a unit here for at least many months, potentially years, without a doubt. This is THE IDEAL storage space! It is clean, safe, expedient, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Steve was so professional and helpful, and I could not have asked for better customer service/location. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone, and I am so pleased to have found this place. The storage space is located inside a parking lot, so moving items is an extremely smooth, simple process--you can simply park right next to the storage area/ask your cab or Uber to drop you off right in front of the storage space. Security is amazing--there are CCTVs located everywhere, and the two-tier security system (the front gate to the parking lot and the passcode enabled door to the storage area) ensures safety. The space is clean and well ventilated. I heard they're building another wing for additional storage space, so excited about that too!

He reserved the unit I wanted for as long as needed until I was ready to start moving things in. When I arrived to move my item, Steve helped me to take them to my unit. After all the payment and paperwork had been completed, he made sure I tested how to get in and out of the facility to ensure I don't have any difficulties on my own. I couldn't have had a better experience with Vanguard. Steve and the team were incredibly helpful and patient not only in the admin side of things but in the physical moving and fitting of boxes into the storage space. The moving van we used was too tall to come down to the car park so Steve kindly helped me move things onto trollies and down into the storage area. Stephen at the reception desk was really helpful throughout our time of renting a storage space. He was knowledgeable and understood perfectly what we needed at the different stage of our move. The rates were good for our budget and competitive with other storage spaces. We had been recommended to Vanguard by a friend of mine and we were never disappointed. The spaces are very well kept, the corridors are very well lit and one feels always safe (and there are clean toilets!!) the parking space is perfect for the needs we had moving 30sq ft of 'things'...

Steve the manager there was first class in customer service reserving my space for a number weeks in advance and ensuring the space required was fit for purpose. The fit out is like a hotel, super new and super nice with a modern front desk and high tech. All extremely secure with digital security pads ensuring only those allowed in, come in via sliding doors. CCTV everywhere and part of private car park complex so even more secure. Super impressed by Vanguard and highly recommend using them and they’re competitive on price too.

That’s a good company I have met in UK. As a traveller from Hong Kong it is difficult to find a place which is reasonable price, clean and secure place for us to storage my 4 large luggage for around 1 month. Besides the staff is very well they didn’t mind where I come from and treat us very nice. They also well follow my case when I have problems they can reply quickly. And the place is very convenient and free you can storage and pick up anytime! I will use again!!

I'd not used Vanguard storage before today - Steve was on hand and had our trolley ready for us to get our suitcases from the car straight into a large locker just a few metres away. Super convenient and straightforward and more than enough space in a 'small' locker for several large suitcases, some bedding and space to spare. We recently put our belongings into the Vanguard Storage Unit in Pimlico, upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely helpful gentlemen by the name of Steve. With previous experience of using said services before I have never experienced such efficient service, from the moment we arrived he helped us unload and carry our items to the unit and arrange them in a well organised manner helping us make the most out of the space we had rented.

I went today to rent a small storage space and was very impressed by the system and how helpful Steve was. The paperwork is simple, the storage area is well maintained, the security sytem is impressive, with each space individuallly alarmed as well as other alarms and cctv systems. I intend to store some valuable items there and am happy that they will be pretty safe.

I moved from the impersonal Big Yellow to here. I drive a VW Transporter and can gain access really easily. Steve and the team are so friendly and very competitive on pricing considering it's zone 1. A much calmer experience away from the artics and removal firms which clutter up the larger storage units
