UPDATE - I have just read the response, which is unfortunately full of lies. I wasn't offered ANY free treatments - let alone two! And I spoke to one of the other girls who was there (as I know many people in the area well) and she said she was also upset by the manager's attitude, and other friends of mine have encountered the same. What a shame that there is simply no apology, basic customer service, or even truth about the outcome. I had a terrible experience at this salon with the manager Elena, who has a poor way of dealing with customers. I had booked online, and I understood that I was unable to cancel this, if not done so 24 hours beforehand. I had an emergency hospital appointment, however, and was forced to cancel the same day. I asked to reschedule, and understood this was not necessarily going to be possible. However, on explaining the hospital situation, Elena was rude, and proceeded to spend some time lecturing me so I understood the 'conditions' of my booking (I did - but was told about 20 times, and felt like I was being put in the corner at school!) My appointment was rescheduled, but I was made fully aware of the huge hassle involved in doing this for the manager. There was zero customer service, politeness, understanding or kindness shown. It was very disappointing, as a regular customer who had never cancelled before. I will not be visiting this salon again, and would not recommend to anyone. There also seems to be a high turnover of staff, and the atmosphere isn't what I'd expect from a calm salon - but if staff are treated the way I was by the manager, I'm not surprised.

I've wanted to speak about this for a while but I had fillers done by Dr Andy around 2 years ago and I'm still suffering till this day and I can tell you it was my worst decision I've ever made going to this man. Firstly the fact that he never aspirated once to check if there was a artery which is quite shocking and could cause a vascular occlusion. Also one side is bigger than the other which has caused a huge lump on one side which till this day has never gone and will need to fork out to get it dissolved, he also put straight 2ml in my lips in one session. The filler he was using was strange never heard of the brand before... wish I never done the Groupon voucher with him as he's destroyed my lips and thank God I never got anything else done with him. He made me feel very self conscious after as he was discussing for me to get botox and more filler for my face, I didnt mention anything to him. I hope people speak out about him and avoid the Groupon deals, I've learnt it's better to pay the little extra with a company that is well known and has excellent reviews and can see there previous work, rather than having to fork out more money and suffer the consequences later which I am doing now unfortunately.

I am so disappointed about my experience today. I have been doing my eyebrows for the last 5 months in this place. And today I had an appointment which I booked online, it takes me 40 mins walking to get there and when I got there the woman tells me that she "saw my booking" but they don't do eyebrows today. First of all, if you see the booking and you know your are not going to do the job call before I get there. Then, without apologizing she tells me to reschedule which I couldn't do because the appointment was overdue. Because I am loyal costumer I asked if I could have a discount for the next time as this wasn't my fault and she starts to hesitate and tells me she can't. I called somewhere else and 1 hour later my eyebrows were done. It is so sad they lost a loyal costumer for bad customer service, doing the job alright it's not enough. And I want to make clear its not the website's fault, she could have apologized or she could have given me a discount which I shouldn't have asked for as she should have been the one offering it. REALLY DISAPPOINTED, and obviously, I am not coming back.

I have been going to Dr Andy for the last couple of years. I have always found him to be very fair and professional. He has done a great job of putting filler in my cheeks - better than other people I've been to. He has a very good aesthetic eye. His knowledge of facial anatomy is also impressive. I asked Dr Andy to add filler to my jawline the beginning of the year to give me a more defined jaw. I later decided I didn't like the look of the filler and Dr Andy kindly dissolved the filler for free. This was benevolent of him as he was simply following my instructions and gave me exactly what I asked for. I would have been willing to pay to have them dissolved as I felt it was totally my fault for asking for them in the first place. He is also good at botox. I spent 3 times the price to have botox done by Dr Preema and the cosmetic skin clinic. Both times it looked terrible. Dr Andy did a much better job. I would really recommend Dr Andy. He is very reasonably priced and does a great job on my face.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write this as something doesn’t seem to be right here with the staff. I’ve been coming here years, both before the current owner and after. I am literally fed up with the staff turnover and it seems like the staff are not happy/treated well. I used to see Natalia who has worked there for years, only to be told she’s on “holiday” and nobody knows when she’ll be back! I then was booked to see another therapist that I’d seen in August (and she was just new), and arrived to see that EVERYBODY that worked there before, including receptionists have been ‘replaced’ by the owner! Staff are given back to back appointments with very little or no time to prepare for treatments (this is what one staff member told me). I don’t want to spend my money anymore somewhere where the owner appears to think it’s acceotable for the staff, and customer, to have to tolerate such a high staff turnover.

Utterly incredible. The therapists are fantastic. I myself am a beauty professional and can honestly say these lovely ladies take the most care and attention to each individuals need. I felt wonderful when I left after my Venus facial. So much so I'm going back for the entire course. I've seen the other negative reviews and can't stand it when a company is given bad comments. They need deposits due to clients not turning up. They can't treat people differently and all they are doing is securing their livelihood. I used to charge the full amount if one of my clients didn't turn up. Its a very hard decision to make but if they are having to turn people away being really busy, to then have that space come up due to a no show its impossible to fill the gap in time. Loosing out on new clients and bookings can cripple amazing small businesses. They should be commended not ridiculed. Wonderful salon xxxxxx 15/10!!

I don't normally write reviews unless I had a very good or a very bad experience and it has to be a REPEAT EXPERIENCE wright? as we all have bad and good days. I have been a client for 5 years now and besides the rare disappointment (i.e waiting 5min longer ) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon. I have had various problems with my skin that have now been treated and I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the results and thats what ultimately matters to me. The owner is also a fabulous lady - she is highly qualified in the area, invests in new technology and above all she is very honest -as I have for many years invested lots of moneys in the wrong treatments and had no long term results. In summary Thumps Up!!!

I have been coming here for regular facials for 2-3 years now. The staff really know skin ! I never used to go out of the house without make up and they got my skin so much better I will leave the house make up free. Very experienced staff and the very latest in technology. Staff have always been friendly. As someone else said it’s feels like catching up with old friends when you go in. The products they sell are also very good value for money. I now send much less on both make up and skin stuff. Laura left in the summer (childcare problems) she was fantastic. She had been there for 3-4 years. So don’t listen to reviews complaining about high staff turnover!

I like this beauty salon and I have been using them for over a year now for waxing. It is clean and feel a bit more luxurious than your standard salons. The thing I do not like about this salon though is the turnover of staff. Considering waxing is a relatively intimate experience I would like to have a bit of consistency on that front, most of the beauticians have been excellent but I like building a rapore with the woman preforming my waxing and they seem to be different every other visit. Which is a shame there have been some of the beauticians I have really liked and I was saddened to not see them again.

I have no hesitations in recommending dr Andy Huynh, I’ve been his client for more than 3 years. He is highly professional, always gives valuable advice. He knows how to revive your face and show your natural beauty without overdoing it, without the fake effect and losing the facial expression. He knows the secrets of the little touch where a small correction makes a big difference. I’ve always been pleased with the results, he makes me love my skin again. No matter what moisturiser is used without the additional help from someone like dr Andy Huynh the young looking skin effect can never be achieved…

I recently visited Face Body and Beauty to have my gel nails taken off. I had a very rude therapist called Stacey take them off for me. I was left to walk out with most of the gel still on my nails and my nails were roughly buffed to try and take the excess off. When I asked the therapist to please stop buffing then she told me this is how we take them off here, she was very rude to me to the point the lady waiting besides me commented on her bad attitude! I then had to go to another salon to have the rest of the gel removed. I will not return!

Having been a client here for some time I know that Feel Fab Beauty are more than just your average beauty salon - the wealth of knowledge on the treatments they offer is amazing. They provided me with a thoroughly professional service throughout and the results speak for themselves. I am complemented on my clear skin and complexion, this hasn't always been the case let me tell you! The attention to detail is second to none. A little gem.

Horrible the doctor is abusive offering weight loss medication when i asked about the under eye treatment! what a disgusting man and has low skill injecting. i am still bruising one month after. i have reported this doctor the the medical organisation for unprofessional behavior and low quality standards by insulting clients. a chinese doctor i will never trust one again.

Warning! Do not go to Dr Andy for fillers, he is a liar and doesn’t know what he is doing! He left did my fillers so badly that two other doctors that I went to see for correction wondered if he operates in UK.. he also adds extra fillers to charge more and he is not ethical at all!! Go to a professional place if you need fillers.. this man is fraud.

I've been a client here for sometime and have always rated their service. Bit pricey but was worth it. They have just started asking for payment upfront when you book. Despite my long custom they were not willing to waive this despite me saying that I would take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing. No longer my salon

The aesthetic treatments here are some of the most advanced on the market, especially Venus Freeze and Ellipse IPL. Plus highly skilled therapists and sympathetic service. They do ask for a deposit to secure your booking but then so do all the good skin and beauty centres these days. A cut above your average salon.

Absolutely brilliant salon. Never ever disappointed coming here. The staff are very friendly, yet professional and each one I've seen has been equally good as the one before. I've moved around various salons in my area for various reasons but I definitely won't be leaving this place anytime soon!

Great service. I really trust Dr Huynh with my lip filler as he just knows what to do and makes them look great. The pain was very tolerable too, probably about 4/10 which is amazing. Definitely recommend!
