I found VegMeUp at a difficult time in my life, and it has been a godsend. I was struggling with motivation to cook because of my health, and I only had a repertoire of 6 different meals that I would cook over and over, with minor variations. VegMeUp allows me to expand the variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and vegan proteins that I eat by incorporating them into delicious dinners. I don’t have to measure anything, just use the pre-portioned ingredients. The recipes are really easy to follow, even for a basic cook like me. My favourite so far is probably the Tamarind Eggplant with Coconut Rice and Pickled Cucumber – scrumptious! Also the Kung Pao Tofu with Brown Rice – delectable! They are all good, though. VegMeUp are really passionate about providing quality seasonal produce in sustainable packaging. And they are a local Melbourne company - I love to shop local! So far, I am thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I am not the most efficient or skilled in the kitchen and even though it often takes me twice as long to complete the recipe than it suggests, the directions are clear and simple to follow. There is a nice variety of delicious meals to select from and mix things up from week to week. It is not too overwhelming to decide and it is a good balance of options to try new out things. There is also a limited but growing selection of optional extras to add to your delivery when selecting your meals. The minimal use of packaging and compostable containers is fantastic! Vegmeup will collect back and reuse previous delivery boxes for your future deliveries too to reduce unnecessary waste - this is a simple but brilliant service. Although no system is perfect, the customer service is unmatched. Jimmy and his wealth of knowledge and advice is there to attend to any issues that may arise and reach a solution.

I had been looking for a Vegan food delivery service for a while when I came across VegMeUp. I have tried a few other delivery services where the food is ready made and delivered to your door which was nice but they lacked variety and freshness. I love that I recieve fresh produce and get to cook it myself. In the short few weeks that I have been ordering VegMeUp, I have not only learnt how to cook so many new recipes but how to pair certain flavours. The portion sizes are fantastic always giving me atleast two meals worth! Jimmy the owner, has gone above and beyond to help assist me with queries and setting things up. He is quick to respond and generous with his time. I can't recommend VegMeUp enough! Even my husband who prefers to eat meat has now jumped on board to try the service. 10 out of 10 from me! I will be a long term customer for sure!

VegMeUp is so awesome! Really easy to order and select from a variety of meals each week. Jimmy, the founder, is so lovely and helpful - a pleasure to order from. The meals come in a paper bag with all ingredients portioned and ready, with really lovely recipe cards that are so easy to follow. The meals themselves only take between 25-45 mins to prepare which is super ideal for during the week. And they are excellent portion sizes (no skimping here), and as a single person I order to 2 person box because it allows me to make dinner and have a second portion for lunch the next day :) The meals are so tasty, great variety, and really fresh leaving me full and satisfied. 100% recommend this service for people who either eat plant based or people who are looking to get inspiration for cutting back on meat based meals a few times a week :)

I love VegMeUp! The recipes are perfect for me as I am gluten and dairy free and they are filled with the best vegetables and ingredients. I love that it is plant based and all the materials are made from sustainable products, making it not only a wholesome meal, but also a wholesome idea for our planet and taking care of our health. We started Veg Me Up with their very first round of deliveries after waiting years for a vegan meal kit delivery option and we absolutely love it! Having just had my first baby, getting to the supermarket and even having the brain power to think about what to cook for dinner has not been my number one priority. On top of that, I’d consider myself an amateur cook at best - Veg Me Up has been an absolute life saver! We get fresh, sustainably packaged ingredients delivered to our door with interesting and easy to cook recipes ready to go. Really Happy with the service. I was impressed before I even received my first delivery. And upon delivery it was exactly as expected. I am saving so much time and cooking really healthy yummy food . The food is fresh the instructions are easy. I grab a environmentally friendly bag of tonight's dinner choice and take it to my choice of where to cook it. I am more popular with my friends and family as I often share the food. Its a great way to create more memories with friends and family. Food connects people and I just couldn't do it on my own with my busy schedule. This is more than just food, its special.

Before signing up to VegMeUp, we were intending to just give it a try but after the first set of meals we were hooked. We've purchased meals every week and now supplement our weekly meals. Why? They are super easy to cook as Jimmy lays out easy to follow, step by step recipes and perfectly portioned ingredients. I love that we don't have any wastage. So what about the food? Me & my partner have been enjoying veg me up for over a month. The recipes are always really tasty, mostly using fresh ingredients. It's all plant based which is a really easy way for us to reduce the amount of meat in our diet & also, I don't have to worry about meat and cheese spoiling on the door step if I'm not home to receive the delivery. The packaging is minimal & all paper or small amounts of eco packaging. We've tried Hello Fresh which was all packaging and sugar, so we're really happy we found Veg me up. Highly recommend.

Meals are delicious every time, all ingredients are always in prepared bags. Jimmy is always very responsive and accommodating to our inquiries and specific needs, as we also require Gluten Free. I can't rate VegMeUp highly enough. As a gluten-free vegan, I have found it extremely difficult to find meal kit deliveries that are vegan, and which also have so many offerings available each week that are gluten-free as well. Other similar companies to VegMeUp have been very lacking in this regard by comparison. The meals that VegMeUp offers each week are also easy to make, delicious and affordable, and the customer service has always been impeccable. I have been one happy little VegMeUp-er since I signed up!

I used to use a different delivery service until Vegmeup was recommended and I will never go back. Vegmeup is by far the best out there, and I mean by far!! The meals are all amazing. Even my 14 yo daughter likes them and she’s fussy. The packaging is all sustainable unlike the other services where there is so much plastic waste. The ingredients are fresh and the recipes are easy to follow. Another bonus is Jimmy! He’s great to deal with and very friendly. Would highly recommend!!

The meals taste really good, more than other meal delivery options I've tried. The flavours are complex and interesting, and sometimes unexpected but always delicious. I went from vegetarian to vegan recently, and this has really opened up the range of meals I like cooking. My kids are not vegan and a little fussy as well but we cook together, and so far they are eating most of the meals and haven't mentioned anything about the lack of meat or dairy. It's been a lot of fun.

I tried VegMeUp as I wanted to eat less meat and was looking for delicious vegan plant-based meal. I must say I was really impressed with the produce, recipes and the ease of preparation of the meals. The meals are very tasty and I even loved the tofu which I've always stayed away from. They have really taken plant-based meals to the next level. The recipes are very clear and easy to follow. I recommend trying them to taste yourself how delicious the meals are.

I love cooking but I'm time-poor, so I looked around for a vegan meal kit delivery and I'm so glad I found VegMeUp. They're fantastic! There's a great variety of recipes and you can tell they're designed by an actual chef. Lots of interesting textures and flavours, while always being quick to prepare and cook. Great packaging, local products... The list goes on. Plus Jimmy is a super nice guy and always quick to help you with anything. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! I’ve tried several other great “meal box” brands, but this one has been THE BEST! You don’t even need to be a vegetarian to enjoy their terrific, healthy, flavoursome meals. I found that VegMeUp meals were quicker to prepare and not as “complicated” as some others. Having the welfare of the environment as a priority, is another BIG plus. (Would love to see some raw vegan options in future.) You must try them…..you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve tried other meal kits but I’m sticking with VegMeUp now because it has a much greater variety of healthy plant based dishes. The recipes also have more complex and interesting flavours, but they’re still super easy to make and I have absolutely loved every meal so far. I usually share with someone who is neither vegan nor vegetarian, and she has loved all the meals as well! (The chickpea and lentil dahl with pita bread is our favourite.)

I do not have a bad word to say about VegMeUp. I love the variety each week, being able to pick the recipes we want and the convenience of having it delivered to our door is the best. All the meals have been delicious & are yet to fault any. The recipes are easy to follow and for us being beginner Vegans, VegMeUp has made this an easy transition. We are loving Vegmeup. Packaging is all recyclable with minimal plastic. It’s fun to cook at Mum’s and share the meal. The best part is original recipes and ingredients ready to go with everything you need. I’m cooking meals outside of my repertoire. Just made a yellow satay curry. Was coconut creamy, spicy and yummy! If I don’t make a meal straight away, I buy the veggies fresh again when I’m ready to cook.

We are more than happy we committed to this service, it simplifies our dinners and with the costs increasing at the supermarkets I feel this is actually a cheaper option for us. The recipes are awesome, nutrient density is incredible and the flavors are beyond our usual meals at home. I am in week 4 of VegMeUp and am enjoying cooking again. Easy to follow recipe cards, all the ingredients supplied except a few kitchen basics and vegan. I order 3 meals a week and spread each one over lunch and dinner saving me money that would usually be spent on takeaway lunches. We started using VegMeUp a couple of weeks ago and love it. VegMeUp is great as it is completely vegetarian and has recyclable packaging. Both these things were really important to us and hard to find in a meal service. The meals are varied, delicious and portions are super generous. Also we hesitated at first at the cost of a weekly sub, but now we save money because there is no waste, everything in the box gets used and we get four nights of food from a 3-night box!
