This is the most horrible Verizon store I have ever been to. The employee Jamil Mohammad gave me a real runaround for trying to exchange a Motorola Maxx for a different one within my 14 days of return. When I explained that it had many issues with the audio an bluetooth, Jamil started to argue with me. He said at least 5 times that there was nothing wrong with my phone when I clearly knew there was and after 40 minutes of his crap, he tells me they have no more of those types of phones in the store. In addition, he lied and told me that I had until March 3 to return the phone, and if I still had a problem with it, he would exchange it that day. The contract clearly stated until March 2, so he evidently wanted me to go over the exchange date by one day. I told him that I was going to go to another Verizon store in the Arizona Mills Mall and try to exchange it. After 40 minutes of driving through traffic, Jamil gave the Verizon employee at the mills mall a heads up and warned him that I was coming there to exchange a "perfectly good phone." So, I called Verizon customer service and they told me I didn't need a reason to exchange the phone, as long as it was within the 14 days of return. So, I went to Diamond Wireless again the next day and saw Jamil, another employee, and the manager. As I went to try and exchange the phone once again, I assume they knew I called customer service on Jamil because during the process of the exchange, I was given an attitude from the employees and dirty looks from the manager. Plus, they were all whispering in front of me when one of the employees asked me about my account. I do not recommend this Verizon store at all based on the way I was treated.

I have never set foot in this store, but because my son did they are now harassing me and saying I broke an agreement with them. They have never made any attempt to contact my son, only me. My son bought a phone and it did not work properly two days into his purchase. He tried to return it but they told him he cannot return a refurbished phone. My son believed he was buying a new phone. We called Verizon and that is when we discovered they were not a "real" Verizon store. He continued to pursue resolution to his malfunctioning phone and finally a few weeks later the manager agreed to exchange the phone. We documented all this with the real Verizon. Then we received a note saying we had terminated our agreement with Verizon and had not paid an early termination fee to Diamond Wireless. I called Verizon and they said all our documentation was correct and there were no errors. The "Real" Verizon guy saw the return with agreement processed by Genesis Perez of Diamond Wireless. Now the debt collector is saying my son signed an agreement with Diamond Wireless to not return the phone for 195 days. So my son was suppose to go 6 months with a phone that was passed off to him as being new, but was actually refurbished, and did not work properly from the start? Buyer beware at this store...read the fine print. They are commission driven so they will do or say anything to make a sale. This joint is not about customer service...all they care about is money. Go to a "Real Verizon store.

I am very upset with the way that this location handles their sales. The sales associate by the name of Andrew had not only sold us three phones but said that he would throw in a tablet as part of the promotion. He failed to mention that the "free tablet" would actually be paid off monthly and it was an added line to our contract. Not only that but we would also be paying for insurance on the product we were lead on to think was free. Never once did he explain the newly added products we would pay for, all he mentioned was how much would be charged for the restocking fee. He said that the tempered glass screen protectors had a life -time warranty that all we would have to do is walk in and grab a new one if it had been damaged. ANDREW LIED LIED LIED ! He claimed to be loved by all his customers saying he always takes care of them but does he really? He is not to be trusted take your business elsewhere, we have already let corporate know about this situation and they will be conducting an investigation on this store and on this sales representative.

The young lady didn't not seem to be as well trained as she should have been to be on her own. We were informed that we would have to contact Verizon customer services to see about any plans available to us and when we asked why we couldn't do that in store she, Jessica, became very rude to my wife and I. When we asked to speak to the manager she said she was and we asked for her name she refused to tell us. Then she threatened us with security. The other young lady and gentleman working at the time did nothing to step in. Thankfully the gentleman called out her name which is how I finally got it. I will be filing a formal complaint with Verizon concerning this vendor and its employees on how they treat their parent companies customers. Customer service is not on the priority list for this store. I have lived in Laveen all my life but will never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I showed up at 9:05, made eye contact with a worker as I walked up and saw the security gates were up so I hung out outside for 10 more minutes. I figured I'd try the door so I wasn't just standing outside looking like a fool for nothing and it was locked. The employee starts saying something to me and shakes his head with frustration. I signal that I couldn't hear him so he proceeded to come open the door. He asks me if I work there and I said no. He then rudely explains the system is updating, he's doing inventory and he can't let anyone in. I am absolutely fine with that but he should have came out and explained the situation to me when I first got there as it was during the time they were scheduled to be open. I'm not coming back to this place. To the gentleman working today that I inconvienced, I apologize that you hate your job and don't have the common courtesy to let your prospective customers know what's going on as they're standing outside your door.

I have had nothing but issues since I got my phones from here. Now the manager Kim Munoz was really nice and seemingly helped out me and my mom. But at the same time was only looking out for herself, this is a commission based authorized retailer so I also blame myself. My parents and I have had nothing but issues since activating phones back in December. We almost didn't get the trade in program credits but real Verizon helped us with that. We didn't get our promotions we were promised and again real Verizon helped us with that. I contacted Kim about these issues and she didn't help at all. Told me she would credit my account but didn't. When I spoke with a real Verizon rep they even said do NOT rely on authorized retailers to resolve these issues. Lesson to learn: go to an actual Verizon store. I'm new here, but if we would only have taken the time to drive further down baseline we wouldn't have had any issues

Don’t waste your time or money at this store with a rude manager, Alex McDermott. I went to pick up a phone from the store and the manager was extremely rude. He was very immature and I think his “Manager title” went to his head. When questioned about why his prices were so much higher then other Verizon stores, he stated yelling and looks me to leave the store without the phone. The next day my mom went to the store and he started to yell at her and told her to leave the store without the phone. She called laveen police department who sent a police officer out to either get our money back or the phone. The manager said he cancelled the phone and I will get a refund in about 72 hours. Don’t waste your time with these “ independent Verizon stores. They do not have to follow Verizon pricing and can/do creat their own pricing. Stick to the professional and go to corporate Verizon stores instead.

Walk in to the store and there is only one associate. She is working with another customer. There is another customer sitting there having a conversation with a Verizon associate on the phone, on speakerphone going on about her bill. I know how much she owes and why she refuses to pay it now and how many people she has talked to in just listening for a couple minutes. Another associate comes out and her and the previous associate start talking about prices of salads. That associate then takes her phone out and is doing something on it while they just talk. I have been waiting about 10 minute now to buy a phone and add another line. Not even greeted. I walked out. I didn’t go in to the store to listen to someone else’s issues with their bill and receive poor customer service. Left and went to the one down the road. Will not be back

As bad as I want to give a negative star rating, THE ONLY REASON I am giving this a star rating is because of Lydia! This girl is GOLD! I tried to switch from TMobile to Verizon for BUSINESS but the rep who handled my account totally screwed me and the account up. I was ready to call Tmobile back and make the switch back. My business went without phones for almost a week. Lydia refused to stop helping me and worked hard to get into my account. After many calls to the Customer service department her manager Alex stepped in to help. We still didnt get me taken care of but we at least got me to calm down. My nex review will depend on the final outcome. They promised to work with me and I have to come back this week to settle things on my account. Without Lydia I would have went back to Tmobile with my business account.

I ordered my phone online for an in store pickup. I have the worst luck with upgrading my phones. Something always goes wrong. To make a long story short, everything that could have gone technically wrong to pick up this phone, of course went wrong. But let me tell you, Lydia kept me in the loop the entire time and her help seriously prevented me from losing my mind. She tried everything she could every step of the way to get me my phone and didn’t give up until there was literally nothing she could do. I spent two days in the store about 3-4hrs total dealing with the technical difficulties with her by my side (she even stayed an hour and a half late the first day just so she could help me!!) and I honestly am grateful she was there to help. Thank you Lydia. You deserve a raise and lots of praise!!

I placed an online order for instore pickup. I called at 12 pm and at 2 pm and kept getting disconnected, or someone would answer and hang up. I finally got through to a rep, I believe his name was Eric. I specifically asked when they closed TODAY. He informed me at 8 pm. Guess what? I showed up at 5:20 and the store was closed. No one in sight and shades are drawn so you can’t even see if anyone is in the store. Very disappointed in the customer service and experience at this location. Hours online show open from 9 am to 8 pm. Upon arrival, there is sign on the door: June hours Monday through Saturday 10 am- 5 pm and closed Sundays. How hard is it to put this on a recording or better yet, have the reps read the same sign so that they inform customers with accurate information.

Took me a week to write a review because I was too upset on 8/18/19 when I went to this store with 6 other family members. I would have wrote a lengthy, very descriptive review that most would not have read. I basically wasted a few hours of my life trying to give my business to them. Horrible customer service! You walk in and if they’re busy NO ONE will greet you. They won’t even make eye contact! An older gentleman walked in and stood there waiting for a very long time before he was even greeted by one of the employees. Long story short, T-Mobile still has my business and if you’re looking to get Verizon don’t go to this retailer in Laveen! Lot more to this story, but I’ll end it at that.

First and foremost I would like to start off saying that my experience in this store was IMMACULATE, the one down the street can't even hold a torch to this location. I was treated like family as soon as I walked in the door, friendly faces and kind greetings was the first good sign. I was approached by a nice young man named Ben, he asked me what I was looking for and if he could help me in anyway. I told him I didn't know there was so many options when it came to phones and he took his time to help me find the right one for my daughters Christmas gift. He even sold me on a pair of airpods for my son! Thank you Ben!! This store will have my future business, keep up the good work!!

I required Verizon assistance twice around the Christmas holiday this year, one of my visits was on Christmas eve. The store was well staffed, employees were professional and efficient, friendly and helpful. I can not say enough positive comments about my experience. I saved hours of time I would have had to spend on the phone to do what needed to be done adding lines and phones to my family plan. Alex, the manager, specifically went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and my devices were correctly functioning. I will continue to rely on this Verizon store to assist in my device needs in the future. Thank you for all of your help!

Sold me a wireless headset that I was using for work WebEx calls. 30 seconds into the call the team said " We can't hear you, you sound muffled and far away." So I took them back...Their response, " Oh we forgot to tell you we don't take earbuds back." Stand by what you sell, stand by what you say. If you tell me they are a great headset and they suck I expect to at least be able to replace my purchase with something that works. Especially disappointed because ive never had issues with Verizon and I pay more on a monthly basis for a higher quality of service. I'm not a complainer and I hate bringing stuff back anyway. Disappointed.

They are a private dealer and charge you for everything. When I returned the phones that did not perform as Ben suggested, they hit me with Restocking Fees, and if your setting up a new phone they wont do you any favors (like the Corporate stores can) with the data transfer fees. Expect to be hit with all the fine print and limitations here... Also, Google says 10:00 AM open on Sundays, but posted on the door is 11:00 AM It was a waste of time and money. I actually switched to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for over 20 years now because of it. I'm sure things would have been different if they were not a private verizon outlet.

I had to go into the store to pay my mom’s cell phone bill that had been shut off. She’s disabled and lives two hours away and I was so worried about her with not being able to get ahold of her. I came into the store 10 mins before closing and Alejandro helped me. I was 15 cents short of paying her bill to get reconnected and Alejandro pulled the change out of his own pocket to help. What a sweet man! I can sleep tonight now after being able to talk with my mom. I don’t have service with Verizon but after this I think I will be making the switch. Thank you Alejandro. Your kindness meant the world to me in a stressful time.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! My wife came in trying to surprise me with the Apple Watch and “Jessica” told her about an activation line which my wife said we might not be able to do since my service is a workline but she said to still take it and that if I decided to not go with it all we only had to lose was only $7 for the restocking fee, well we couldnt keep it and came in to return it, just to find out we had a $35 restocking fee and $20 activation none refundable fee, This is misleading and not knowledgable at all! Her and the guy there need more training on product knowdlge and customer service!

Used to be a Verizon Diamond Wireless Authorized Retailer. Taken over by Victra. Absolutely will not honor Diamond Wireless insurance agreement. Bought phones and insurance from this store. Got phone wet and it quit working. Store will not honor insurance. Talked myself blue in the face with the store and got absolutely nowhere. Paid for insurance for over 3 years and I might as well have flushed the money down the toilet. Now I have no phone, plus out 3 plus years of $7.99 per month. Would not do business with these people for any reason.

Alejandro was very professional, quick, informative, and thorough. I went in to upgrade and they did not have the iPhone I wanted in stock. Understandably so, due to its very recent release. Alejandro looked at other affiliate stores stock and found the one I was wanting. He then went out of his way to pick up a phone from that other store the next day, just so I could upgrade and not have to wait until they restocked. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back to this store when needed. I’ve never had a problem here.

From the moment I walked in the store I could already tell I was going to regret coming here. Don't waste your time at this Verizon authorized retailer. Ordered an upgrade through customer service over the phone for a store pickup. Once we got to the store they brought the phone out and then said it was on hold for someone that’s been waiting for 2 weeks. Here at the store before closing at 7:30pm the doors are locked and the open sign turned off with the employee looking at us from the counter. Another person went to the door and it was still locked. Called several times with no answer. Needed to purchase 2 phones this evening, we will be going to another Verizon store to make our purchase. Do not use these con artists. I ordered two iphones and was given a "free gift" (a Verizon tablet) as part of the deal. I was promised that I will not pay for the tablet or cellular service. I said I didn't want the tablet. Was told to take it. Well.... I was charged $511 for Verizon cellular services without knowing it. Do not be their next victim. Con artist city.

Quick and easy. Staff was very nice and handled every question with ease. They did have all computers down except for one so that did add some delays for the people after me.
