Absolutely disappointed with this pharmacy I once trusted! I use this place to buy my dressing for my ankle, I have always been charged £5 or 50p per 3x3"(7.5x7.5cm) soft border allevyn dressings. Today, I was served by this young lady with long blonde hair. She charged £30 for the same product I've always been charged £5. I question it, and she explained that it was the price on their system. However, I had no choice but to take the product as I have an ulcer on my ankle that needs covering. 40 minutes later, I returned to question it again because I found the exact same product online on Amazon and other independent sites for £12-16! She went on to say that they charge £30 because they're an independent chemist and make no profit on this product and that they were the most expensive dressing on the market! I get I that it looks like I was undercharged in the past, but £30 is a con! At that point I said OK and left. Because she clearly thought I was stupid enough to fall for whatever story that came into her head to justify charging me £30 for box of 10 dressings. This has now unfortunately knocked my faith in this pharmacy and I can no longer trust their honesty and integrity! I'd like to point out that I was offered a refund. But by this point I had already opened the box and used one of the dressing!

Unprofessional, disorganised, never answer the phone, don't deliver prescriptions when they're meant to. Twice I've had to physically go into the store to pick up a prescription for a controlled drug after waiting weeks for it to be delivered and both times there were staff stood in the back chatting and couldn't find my prescription amongst the mess of others... And then when they find it, they don't ask me any security questions, just hand it over to me... If I had the option to use somewhere else, I would.

The pharmacy staff are amazing, especially Tracey and the driver. They have looked after both of my elderly parents ensuring their medication were delivered, and on many occasions going way above our expectations. I am very saddened to hear the NHS has now cut funding for them to provide blister packs for the elderly and vulnerable in our town. The service Vesey gave surpassed all my expectations . Thank you to you all.

Be aware that they don’t answer the phone & it is left ringing when they’re busy. Even though the phone line tells you “lines are busy”. Don’t wait, as medication may not be delivered as promised and u will need to collect in person. They tell me it’s a problem of communication, I hope they can get this sorted out to avoid anyone having serious consequences to missed medication.

I visited 3 pharmacies to try and fulfill my prescription, I went to Vesey Pharmacy fully expecting that they would tell me that they didn't have all the items in stock. Not at all. They had everything and I was in and out with all of my tablets within 10 minutes. I shall not bother trying anywhere else in future. Excellent customer service, I hope they continue to thrive.

Been using them for over 2 years after finding other big chains useless with sourcing prescription items or delivery. My local boots made an error and they never supplied PIL with my newborn items so since using vesey which was recommended by my GP I haven’t gone anywhere else. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful.

I have been trying to get my elderly mothers medication dispensed in blister packs for nearly a year. Her GP surgery have not been very helpful. Yesterday I spoke to a lady called Tracy and explained the difficulties I was having in getting this done. Today the blister packs were delivered. Thank you so much Tracy

We have recently appointed Vesey Pharmacy for our prescriptions following the cots in Boldmere Road. We decided to take the option of having our medicines delivered to us. We have been delighted that the service has absolutely brilliant usually arriving the day after we ordered them on-line. Couldn't be happier .

Brilliant pharmacy. Recently were able to order and supply a prescription that was out of stock (everywhere locally) within the hour. Today they took my order for COVID tests over the phone and supplied to my door with no delivery charge. Always helpful and go the extra mile. Really very grateful and impressed

You are totally useless I tried ringing for an hour this morning I started ringing at 8.30 when you open then again this evening 40 mins and nothing iam on pallative care I am changing my chemist I would not trust you with my hamter thanks not bloody usesless

Vesey Pharmacy ordered medication that Boots pharmacy would not order and also home delivered the second part of the prescription. Such a relief after trying several pharmacies. Thank you so much to a pharmacy that helps and cares.

Excellent service. My husband has complex needs and has 10 different tablets a day. Vesey are always available to help and deliver his meds regularly and organised into trays. The person who does the trays is particularly helpful.

Top service from a top pharmacy. Raj and the team were able to get my son’s prescription so quickly when all of the others, including the big chains, couldn’t get it. Highly recommend these guys for a great patient experience.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Can't fault this pharmacy at all. They greet you like an old friend. They always have a good stock of medicines and if they don't, it's there the next day. They're just the best.
