Best experience at a vet in a very long time. Visited the vet with my puppy 29 April 2021, I was a few mins late and informed them, they were very understanding and accommodating, even asked if I needed help bringing my puppy in when I arrived. The institution is very clean and tidy, staff from reception to the Vet are sincere, warm and friendly, not only to me the customer but to my puppy aswell. Staff goes out of their way to assist with information and guidance. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper than compared to other vets in the vicinity. I must give them a big THUMBS UP for there platforms for communication and appointments with customers, they are even on WhatsApp. Keep up the good work and the idea of not only a business but also the treatment towards customers and their pets. Thank you very much for the sincere manner in which you all deal with me Mr Neil Martin and my dog Dex.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Vetworld Cape Gate for the excellent service I received . The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. A reminder of the appointment was send to me via WhatApp. On arrival we were helped immediately. The Vet explained in detail how he was going to treat Bella, explaining possible complications. Within a day Bella was her very old self. Happy healthy dog. I received a WhatApp following up of how she was doing. I so appreciated the compassion show for my most loving Bella. Vetworld Cape Gate you are amazing !

I have been at Vetworld Cape Gate 3 times in the past year or so. Each time was a good experience. Not only did the online booking proceed without any hiccup, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the vet had a lovely way with my dog. He can be a handful, and she managed him with a firm but kind hand. She was interested, shared her microscope-related findings, whilst remaining mindful of cost. And I believe the dog is better already. So all in all, I can strongly recommend this service.

Amazing experience at this vet practice. Dr Venter listens to pet owners. My pup was acting off and he ran a barrage of tests that came back clear but when I told him she was still not well he persevered in examining her he managed to diagnose her with cancer as the root cause, successfully removed two tumors, and I now have my healthy happy pup back. All because he believed me when I said she wasn't well. He has such an obvious love for animals. I will never take my pups to another vet.

Vetword Cape Gate is the best place to take you pets. We take all 4 our dogs there. Dr. Venter really cares for them with so much detail big dogs and small dogs. Even the ladies at reception is always willing to help. They check up on your dog if they have had an opportunity every other day. They really take the time to make sure your pets are doing well. Wonderful service and quality feedback - it is clear that the employees of Vetworld Cape Gate truly loves working with animals and their online booking system is excellent. Price-wise, you could probably find more affordable alternatives, but I'd rather pay the slightly higher, yet still competitive, premium for the convenient, efficient, and effective service.

I toke my fur child, Max to Vet world after him having an accident. The experience was out of this world. The whole staff went out of their way to see that myself and Max were comfortable right through the process. I will not go to any other vet ever again. Meghan and Dr Venter are amazing. The sweet guy that escorted Bongo and myself to the cages is a sweetie pie. I can't recall his name. The rooms are super clean and no waiting for hours. Bongo obviously could not wait to leave when I picked him up after his little procedure but he was just as excited when we got there.

Dr Venter is a great, caring and compassionate vet. My dogs love him!! The receptionists and assistant, JT, were very helpful and accommodating when my dog recently needed surgery. I also received a much appreciated follow up message checking on my dog's recovery. I highly recommend this practice.

I am extremely pleased that I decided to take my dogs and my cat to Cape Gate Vetworld. This is definitely the best care and advice I have experienced at a veterinary practice. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and Dr Daniel is absolutely amazing with all three my pets.

I will not use any other veterinarian practitioner than Doctor Venter (I changed branches when he moved from Somerset West to Cape Gate). He keeps you updated on the animals progress and has a genuine love of animals, this is evident by how relaxed my cats and dogs are from his care.

Not a very good experience. Sick cat and not diagnosed properly. After numerous vet visits plus a few courses of antibiotics and several cortisone injections, I then had to consult another vet practice, after a months worth of medicines and injections and a large account.
