Greatly appreciated for your effort taken to provide a lengthy clarification for the observations given by the recent Western Europe tour participant. As part of “The Group” that you are mentioning in your responses earlier below, I would like to give some additional observations as well. 1) Thanks a-lot for given the last night as FOC for all of us. Yes, we were brought to Notre Dame with No additional charges, but for your kind notation this was only offered to us after majority of us turned down their (tour guide and tour leader) Paris City tour suggestion at 25Euro (Initially offered 30Euro) per pax. For your info Notre Dame was actually suggested by one of the tour members (Pn Fatimah). So technically, Free Transportation to Notre Dame only came about after we turned down the offer of 25Euro each. I’m still puzzle why this Free Transportation was not offered earlier €€? So, Ya, there is no any voluntarily effort by your respective Tour Guide and Tour Leader for the FOC Transportation Notre Dame. Btw, it is merely silly that he is accusing us that we did not cIap for his effort… 2) Again from “The Group”, We have no complaints about Hotel B&B. Let me explain in a simple language. A family of 3 were asked to be checked in a twin sharing bedroom which only can be accommodate for 2 pax. How do you expect 3 people to be in this room? The room arrangements were not meet the requirement for the family! That’s it! 3) Yes, we truly appreciated on the extra room given in one of the hotels for the unavailability of triple sharing room. But, at B&B Zurich there is no extra room given nor extra bed was provided. We had to pay for the extra bed instead. Again, the room arrangement was not met the requirements! We were informed that there is an extra bed. 4) Also most of the time the room key collections were not a smooth process especially for the family rooms...The tour leader who is supposed to be responsible for managing the hospitality for the members were absence until we have to call him to look in to the issues. to be continued.... as it is very limited space, i will choose to drop an official complaint..

I just came back from the Finland, Baltics, & Poland package. This is a good package, I would highly recommend for those who like a bit more free and easy time and to have dinner on your own (this is not a fullboard). The free and easy was good because Via put us in hotels right in the middle of the cities, so you can actually go out and explore the cities at your own leisure. During the day, you will get to tour the cities and many other places with the local tour guides. Hotel choices were really good, clean and excellent location with good food. For example in Ibis Thalinn we had the best lunch, like wow level. The portobello mushroom salad was so good, and i don't even appreciate salad. The grilled salmon was cooked to perfection with this really great sauce. Like WOW!, this is not even in the menu, cooked specially for this tour group. Other lunch locations are good as well. The group can agree to this, our Tour Leader Riz was the glue that bond us together. His guidance through out the journey was tip top. His instructions were clear and on point, so the whole group was always on time for everything. Riz was always there to assist us, even during our free and easy time. Very sensitive to the needs of all participants. He is knowledgeable with everything throughout the places we went. He will get information way ahead of us even before we asked. He made our journey memorable and meaningful. Great work Riz! This trip was my 4th time with Via. I had similar great memories during the Balkans package with the tour leader Azlinda. I would definitely recommend Via to all. Via puts together complete quality tour programs at an affordable price.

Special mention to Ibis Thalinn, where we were treated to an extraordinary lunch, surpassing expectations. What truly made the trip exceptional was the camaraderie formed with people from all corners of Malaysia. Our Tour Leader, Riz, played a pivotal role in uniting the group. His clear instructions, punctuality, and unwavering assistance, even during free time, were commendable. Riz's wealth of knowledge and proactive approach made the journey memorable and meaningful. Outstanding work, Riz! This marks my 4th Via tour in 2 years, and it's experiences like these that keep me coming back. Special shoutout to Azlinda from the Balkans package and now Riz, my new favorite Tour Leader. I'll be exclusively opting for tours led by them in the future. Trip To Morroco Spain Portugal was one of the hectic trip that I have been. Not sure if all travel.agent make their itenary to be this hectic, but its unfair to charge customer 10+kRM just spend long hours in bus and 10 to.20 mins mins of photo session and told us no shopping on the way back.to the bus.. really??? What a poor itenary schedule it has been for this trip.. luckily the Tour Leader is humble and soft spoken with some weird jokes for some but it makes many laugh during the trip.. Morroco.. the trip to the best places was short or we arrive to late to see a good place. Does the visit to Argan Oil factory really compulsory?? Such a waste of time. Trip to Al Hambra, its a tedious walking and down hills climbing, elderly customer should be warn seriously about it and warn them about it earlier. Al Hambra trip was a real disaster.. I would blame this to the Tour Leaders fully. They should have calculate the time and assess the situation so that time could be spend nicely at Al Hambra which I think is the peak of the visit in Spain.We were sent to hotel 2 hours earlier in a place where there is nothing for us to do. It would have been nice if we were allowed to roam Al hambra. In Barcelona... now... we r place at a hotel near the mrt.. the room was warm because they only provded the heater as winter is nearing.. but we can't open the windows because of the noise from the mrt moving..so we end up feeling warm in the room for the 2 nite with noise of mrt train on the background. For me, this might be the last trip with Via Vacation.. coz it really leaves me with a bad impression and experience.

Dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa perkhidmatan yang diberikan adalah sangat tidak memuaskan. Tour guide yang disediakan sangat selfish dan tidak menyantuni kami sebagai pelancong. Hanya melihat kami sebagai bahan bisnesnya untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Banyak menghabiskan masa di kedai-kedai souvenir dan toilet stop. Manakala, masa yang diberikan di destinasi pelancongan amatlah terhad dan rushing. Malah beliau selalu mengugut kami sekiranya tidak buat pembelian tiket optional (cabel car & hot air balloon) dengan beliau, beliau akan tinggalkan kami di hotel dan boleh berurusan sendiri. Disebabkan tour guide yang tidak professional, ada di antara ahli group kami yang telah tinggalkan group ini dan membelanjakan wang lebih untuk perjalanan mereka di Istanbul. Yang lebih mengecewakan lagi, bilik hotel dan makanan yang ditempah untuk individu-individu tersebut dibatalkan terus tanpa ada pengganti di kalangan kami yang merupakan ahli keluarga mereka. Kenderaan yang disediakan untuk group kami hanyalah bas mini yang langsung tidak bersesuaian dengan perjalanan jarak jauh yang membawa satu kumpulan besar. Susun atur tentatif juga sangat tidak relevan dengan keadaan kami yang baru tiba di Airport Istanbul selepas 16jam perjalanan, ditambah pula perjalanan "bas mini" ke Bolu selama 4jam. Secara keseluruhannya, agensi ini mestilah perbaiki kualiti perkhidmatan yang diberikan agar duit simpanan yang kami orang awam belanjakan untuk bercuti di luar negara dan berseronok adalah berbaloi dan sangat memuaskan hati.

Saya telah menggunakan agen ni 3 kali utk bercuti ke Western Europe, Switzerland dan New Zealand. Akan dtg ke Spain, Portugal dan Morocco. Sepjg percutian ini saya dan kawan saya dapati pengurusan dr airport hingga sampai tmp.lawatan dan balik kebykan berjln lancar dan teratur. Hotel, bas, tmp lawatan yg dirancang dan makanan okey. Kalau ada yg kureng sikit tu biasalah tak sampai merosakkan percutian. Bab makanan ni tak payah cerewet, selagi halal pd saya dah memadai. Kalau sedap makan, tak sedap kita makan apa yg kita ada, bawaklah sikit makanan kita sendiri. Hotel pun sama, setakat ni boleh je tido dan mandi walaupun hotel tak 'berstar'. Pegangan saya kalau tak nak bersusah sikit,tak payah travel, duduk je kat rmh. Saya nak share bagaimana profesional nya tour leader dan syarikat mengatasi satu kejadian di mana salah seorg rakan kami tercicir paspot di airport dan seorg lagi hilang posport selepas bas kami dipecah masuk. Kami dah risau takut ada yg tak balik nnt, tapi tour leader tenang aje sambil.berurusan sana sini dgn phone. Walaupun suspen akhirnya happy ending bila kedua2 nya dpt posport semula masa blik msia. Apa2 pun saya mengucapkan terima kasih pd syarikat VV dan staff yg menguruskan semua percutian kami dgn baik. Saya akan terus sokong.

My tour was like shopping tour. They hired part time tour leader. If we ask anything to tour leader. He will ask us to see his message. By the time we get down, he already give information to other and leave the place. Everyday he will leave us alone each tour place. Why we need to take tour if we have to go on our own. Later i found out he was doing personal shopper for others. Hotel was not properly arrange. Our room was not together. Triple room was given double room. 3rd till the last day the name list was not given by Via Vacation. So we have to figure out ourself the rooms. I will not recommend anyone to go on this trip if they hired part time. Hotel was changed last week before travel. B&B hotel in Paris was really bad. The only person i was happy was with Sitinur Ain. She was the only one returns my call or message. She was very helpful. Ami as the manager will need reply or message incase any issue. Please check carefully before travel. Get the name list for hotel if can. If not you will have problem later. I travel with 11 of us and could not enjoy the trip due to Tour Leader & Hotel.

Saya sangat berduka dengan pakej kali ini. saya telah menanti selama 2 tahun dan terpaksa tunda akibat pandemik. Bila mohon refund bermacam alasan. Bila sempadan telah buka, harga pakej berubah tetapi saya masih harga yang sama iaitu RM 4790 berbanding yang terkini RM 3690. Perbezaan Lebih RM 1000. Alasan yang diberikan upgrade bilik sedangkan masa perbincagan bersetuju harga sharing. Group saya semua mendapat harga terkini. Dijanjikan menaiki pesawat Turkish Airline direct tetapi tidak. Saya harap pihak Agen boleh bertanggungjawab. Selain itu tour leader Malaysia yang tidak cekap dan tour leader turki yang sering memaksa apa yang dikatakan. Sebagai contoh perlu membeli dikedai yang dicadangkan dan marah apabila kami membeli dikedai yang lain. Semasa di Bursa tour turki tidak mahu membawa kami ke Uludag Mount sekiranya tidak ambil harga Cable car denganya sedangkan itu adalah optional. Harap Pihak Via dapat memperbaiki.

My experience vacation in turkey on winter season was very disappointed and frustrated cause by transport they provided so compact with 20 person in minibus and took long journey to reached. ( Attached photo Herewith) Services provided by tour guide was bad and selfishness. I’m as a tourist did not feel the satisfaction of visiting many places in Turkey. We already complaint the issue to the agent but they ignored (Via Vacation and Travel Sdn Bhd). The hotel room and food services I’m very satisfied. The explanation by tour guide about the history of the places was very excellent. The responsibility of the tour guide to ensure our safety is much appreciated. I hope the agency can improve some services much well.

Tour leader mestilah seseorang yg pernah pergi dan berpengetahuan di semua lokasi lawatan.. 2. Masa solat dan makan tidak di susun dengan sempurna menyebabkan kami kelam kabut.. satu lagi menyebabkan kami terpaksa membawa makanan dan peralatan solat kehulu kehilir disebabkan tiada masa yg tepat untuk makan dan solat.. 3. Janji ada tour guide semasa di Jangfrau.. kami terlepas beberapa lokasi yg istimewa disana seperti Ice Place,..bayar RM1300.00 cuma ambil gambar di puncak gunung sahaja.. 4. Pihak via mesti peka pada main program.. bila melibatkan optional program, mereka yang tidak terlibat dengan optional ditinggalkan disuatu tempat tanpa tour guide.. seolah2 optional lagi penting dari main program..

i actually had a good experience with via vacation during my trip in sri lanka. if im being honest, i didn’t really expect much and thought of giving sri lanka a go. it was a good chance since ive never been to there yet. and through it all, i certainly do not regret. overall it was a rlly fun experience. i love the hotels, its not as advanced but instead it gives of an authentic feeling, very comfortable. the last hotel was very advanced however. one week was worth it, i get to learn much more than i thought i would. moreover i like to thank ViJay our tour guide, extraordinary work ! made the tour rlly fun as it already is. thank you for the cooperation i had a good time in Sri lanka!

Went to swiss on May with less experienced tour guide and personally i didnt like the local guide as well. Very lazy to follow us and just give us guide on how to go to historic places. The hotel is also very far2 away. As it takes 2-3 hours to go to each places. The shopping places that they take us also is not the best. They only show us one souvenir shop because the shop will give them tips the hotel management also not very friendly & they give us so many rules that are unnecessary. They only things that make us happy is the scenic places that swiss offered to us. I would definitely suggest to travel to swiss but dont take this travel agent. Tq

Went to Oman with Via. Good service before and during the trip. One of a kind trip since hardly anyone offers package to Oman. Hotel was good and food provided was superb. Itinerary was also good with very good pace to enjoy all the locations. The highlights were the dolphin sighting , binmah sinkhole, wadi and desert bashing, the old fortresses. Most importantly price was a bargain considering flights are expensive and the Oman riyal exchange rate is very high. Would not hesitate to follow Via again in future.

I followed Via Vacation to South Africa from 27/4-7/5/23 n I'm SATISFIED with their arrangements. The food was n the tour guide was EXCELLENT especially Brent Coetzee. I'm Elderly n my knees were weak. He was so Helpful n he was able to carry me up the truck during the Safari tour. Furthermore he's very INFORMATIVE. I REALLY ENJOYED MY TRIP. Looking forward for another trip with Via Vacation

not really recommend this TA, very slow reply. went to swiss and suddenly change the itinery which sent 2 days before depart. encik AMI respond very very slow thru whatsapp. mention dinner did not provided but suddenly got? okaylah but my luggae so heavy bring all food for dinner. but the freenlancer tour guide auntie linda amd malik very nice ❤️ just the management messy. wont go with this TA again

Great tour of Turkiye. VIA Vacation especially our Tour Leader Pn. Salima (pictured with my wife) and local tour leader Aydin really performed above our expectation. Kudos to both of them. Tour to places of interest arranged flawlessly and smooth. Restaurant and hotels 90% is excellent bar 1/2 venue. Acceptable to me. Will repeat for sure. My trip is from 4th June till 12th June 2022.

Sangat tidak memuaskan. Apa yang di tawar kan dalam product di tukar ke program yang baru tanpa pengetahuan kami. Hotel jugak tidak memuaskan terutama Crystal hotel di Adelboden. Poor planning. Travel hours setiap destinasi on terlalu jauh. Masa lawatan terlalu singkat. Harap hati hati semua. Saya tidak recommend untuk mengguna kan perkhidmatan VIA VACATION dimasa akan datang.

Saya baharu je balik dari Swiss tour dari 15 - 22 Okt. Dalam pemerhatian saya, perbelajaan yg dikenakan oleh Via Vacation adalah murah dan berpatutan berbanding dgn agen lain. Staf kat ofis Via adalah friendly dan banyak membantu. Tour Manager semasa di Swistzerland, Puan Akma sangat helpful dan akan membantu semampu yg dia boleh. Terima kasih Puan Akma.

6 countries in 11 days. We enjoyed every single day of the trip. Meeting new friends and the guide was very helpful and pleasant. Accommodation was pretty good, halal restaurants and the visit to the mosques was a great new experience. Great For a sightseeing trip. Already plan for Next trip to Spain, Portugal & Morocco with Via Vacation & Travel.

Went for a trip to Spain, Portugal & Morocco and honestly i enjoyed every single moment. The hotels and restaurants was superb. 5 star for everything, via vacation staffs are very friendly and the tour leader was very professional and funny. I would definitely recommend Via vacation to my friends and Im already planning for my next trip haha.

Tour operator did their best to accomodate our request to solat the mosque in every country However halal food served during the trip were usually limited (especially rice) & portion of dish served were not equally distributed for everyone. Tour leaders should ensure that meals served for travellers were enough before having their meals

My first experience go travel oversea to India: Delhi - Kashmir - Agraa was a good trip, priceless memories, new bonding and networking, and affordable. All was perfectly planned and the friendly yet professional tour leader was the main plus point to this trip's success!. Syabas Via!!

1. Via must plan more carefully. We soent too much time on the bus rather than on the ground. 2. We missed a few places as per itinerary. 3. We went up the mountains on our own without the guide of Via’s rep
