When I stayed at a shelter, we was woken up early in the morning and told to leave and not to return until sometime in the evening. This was routine at the homeless shelter that I stayed at in San antonio. I'm not sure if the same routine is here in Dallas but if so, during extreme weather like what we experienced this year, this library provided a safe haven and adequate cooling station for homeless in need such as myself. I sleep in my car. Thank you for saving many lives. Thank you for kind and compassionate staff. I hope you continue to receive adequate donations and can expand your qualifications for grants that you need to expand and keep this library open for normal use and a sanctuary for homeless families and single, disabled, veterans, immigrants, senior citizens, and anyone else in need .

Arrived an hour before closing and the parking lot was empty. Because of that, I thought the library was closed but to my surprise there just weren't any other visitors besides us. We were greeted at the door and directed to the childrens books area which consisted of the ENTIRE side of the building. Theres a beautifully designed mural on the wall that was filled with what appeared to be brand new books! The area was clean, quiet and organized. Will definitely visit again soon.

Received a faulty hotspot. Should have been able to receive a replacement one immediately or at least be next in line to receive another hotspot since it was their fault it wasn’t programmed. Was ultimately put on the bottom of the list. No point in even waiting to receive another one for they take forever to even give you one to begin with. Staff was not helpful at all. Will be frequenting another library to conduct future business with.

The staff is very nice and helpful but the people who come in and use the facilities don't always leave them in a very clean state and there's a funky smell that jawn st kind of lingers because of it. Idk I think it's just part of the charm. Free printing free computer use and they have nice private study rooms that you can reserve. I think they have English classes and chess clubs and some other things so that's way cool

A very serene and great place to read and read rich publications. The staff are very friendly, helpful, welcoming and ready to assist with smiles. Both inside and outside are inviting to everyone with ample parking space and accessible from different directions. Thanks to the County, State and community leaders for the library at this location.

Yo vivo en Argentina vine a visitar a mi hijo y nieta de 3 años y descubrí la biblioteca y estoy maravillada! Amazing staff! The manager, Jessica, saw we were lost and helped us find a quiet study room right away. There were two staff at the front desk who helped me with logging into the computer and using the printer. I visited on the evening of 11/13/23, and I'll def be returning if I'm in the area.

Beautiful library! The staff was incredibly helpful and the facilities are all new and well kept. We enjoyed a Taiwanese art exhibition for Autism Awareness day. Definitely coming back

Nice new facility from the Dallas library branch. Only thing it has is riff-raff from the surrounding area, that comes in, but they have on-site security.
