tonight i order as i do at least once a week, been a loyal customer fro day one and there has been some up and downs but hey no one is perfect, but tonight was a new level ordered @6:41pm with a Estimated Delivery Time: 07:26PM and waited a little more till i called. called at 7:45 to see if my pizza is on the way told left 5 min ago ring back in 10 if not there 8:09 hi just checking , sorry we are busy its on its way received pizza at 8:25, rang up asked to speak to a manager after delivery guy told me the pizza was picked up 5min ago to delivery explained to manager that lying to the customer and buying time is wrong and that 2 of my items one cold and one soggy was not good enough and paying 9 dollars in fees for bad service, was told they where sorry and will talk to the person but iam still short 20 dollars of cold and soggy food ...........told sorry again is that all are the pizza good ? kicking goals here

Something for everyone. This pizza spot has to be the best place around. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, even the fussy ones. The service is amazing, the staff are super friendly and the delivery system they have going, its almost like turning the light on and there they are. Super super fast. Meals are all enjoyable and worth it, highly recommend!! Updated review 18 Dec 22: Great food still although the menu has changed a little and sadly I lost my fav "Lasagne" in the change of menu. Still, I love their food, no matter what I choose, its good. Fast delivery too if you choose that option. I don't agree with the surgcharges and then extra percentage at check out that is based on the amount you spend. I think its over the top personally. Having said that: Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work that you do for us.

Victoria pizza where do I start first I guess being a local lets go with the good. Ordered a marinara pasta and a pizza actually pretty good sizes especially for a family pizza ingredients was more than normal same goes for the marinara , and the driver followed our wishes as our baby was asleep and followed our instructions to lightly knock on the door with no blasting music. Also note they close real late at 11 o'clock. BAD points. Gnocchi SOUP is one word I can give the marinara pasta.. basically the pizza and pasta were all soggy the box at the bottom was wet like crazy to suffice to say a little overboard with the sauce on top of the mozzarella..the sauce in between the dough and the ingredients would have been perfect. I ordered tonight! The restaurant confirmed my order. It was getting bit late, so I called the restaurant at 9:45pm to check and they proceeded to tell me the delivery driver had mistakenly got given the wrong address by the casher and delivered my order to a different address!! So they proceeded to ask if they could redo my order again? I said yes. 30min later I'm waiting!! to my surprise the restaurant was shut at 10pm and my redo order never arrived but money was taken from my bank account! Don't waste your time ordering from this place.I Appreance is all it's good for !! UPDATE: Thank you to doordash and Victoria and beyond for redoing my order from last night!! Great service and has been delivering food in timely manner especially with these tough covid restrictions at the moment. Food has always been hot and has been cooked really well excellent value for the money. If i recommend anything on their menu it is the chicken aussie parma, It seriously gives other restaraunts in melton a parma that will be hard to compare too. They are the best chicken parma i have had in melton. Trust me you will not find better in melton. The pizzas are great too of course we cant forget the pizza selection. Highly recommend the pizzas oh wait also the fettuchini carbonara pasta is also excellent. I highly recommend buying from victorias pizza & beyond.

Not one to normally leave reviews for food delivery, but I thought it was worth mentioning just this once. Absolutely love the food I get from Victoria's (easy to please w/ a pepperoni pizza), but I've gotta admit that the delivery time for the past couple of times I've ordered have been absolutely shocking. Both times I've had to wait about an hour, to an hour and twenty, for my food to arrive, for the same driver to rock up, without an apology, and to sit in his car on his phone for another ten minutes before driving off. Would love to give the number plate, but I doubt anything would be done about it. Love the food, drivers could be improved though.

Went in to order my pizza told them exactly what I wanted. Not a lot of cheese and the base well cooked, not doughy, they told me 10 minutes so I waited there, they could see me and never said it was ready after standing up they gave it to me. While I waited I had to listen to the staff fighting and swearing at each, the words they used were just disgusting. The pizza was horrible. I managed one piece as I was hungry the rest went in the bin. I've bought pizza from there a number of times, but this was the worse experience I will never go there again.

Worst place to order from they have got meal wrong 3 times on 3 different orders then we odder 1 more time and 1 the meal came Cold 2 we rang told them they said a replacement will be sent 1 hr later ring the say oh oh its coming rang again 15min later owner jumps on says it left and when I said how poor the customer service was owner said I dint care and hung up!!!! On me avoid this place they don't care for customer service and when u ring they leave you on hold for 10 minutes to have owner hang up on u

I am a long time regular customer never had a problem with the quality if food, however on regular occasions when ordering my husband standard meal of full rack of pork ribs we have found the quality to fall well short of what a full rack should be, a full rack should consist of 10 - 13 ribs, were as you are serving 7 ribs and claiming this to be a full rack even when queried as to the position size. You have now lost a customer.

Have tried this place after looking at the reviews but can say without a doubt it's not worth trying. Ordered a Vegetarian pizza and found ham in it, upon calling the response was " O we are very busy so boys must have made a mistake, stuff like that happens a lot and at every pizza joint". Well dear haven't happened to me yet anywhere else except at your place. A big thumbs down to the place. I was offered credit for the next visit like I am dying to go there. Never going back.

Ordered on a Friday night via their website NOT Uber/Menulog. 2 large pizzas Garlic bread and 1.25lt delivered for $45. They paid attention to my notes for the order and it arrived in about 30 mins. The Macedonian Pizza was great and my husband loved whatever he ordered. Only thing is we are a Coke house so we didn't drink the Pepsi. Thank you we'll order again soon.

I ordered an Aussie pizza and Gnocci Carbonara from there on the weekend. Driver was friendly and food arrived before the estimated delivery time. Pizza was fantastic, thick crust with plentiful toppings, which was hot and fresh when delivered. Pasta carbonara was amazing, perfect portion size and full of flavour. Quality was incredible, service impeccable and I will definitely return for business there. Well done Victoria Pizza!!

Melton store - Pizzas are okay, it's usually fresh and tasty. They *always* get my order wrong. - and all I want is 1 item removed from a pizza, why is that so difficult?! I then have to wait longer while they fix their mistake. Also, I was pretty disgusted to walk in to collect my pizza and see that no one in the store was wearing their masks correctly. All, including those in the kitchen, were wearing it below their chin!

Victoria's was given a good rating by quite a few people on a chat board so I thought next time we get pizza we'll try them out. Tonight we ordered four pizzas and all of us were of the same opinion that they were not nice at all unfortunately. The pizza base was very doughy which tasted uncooked and the toppings had little flavour. The only thing good was it wasn't too sloppy like some can be, an extra star for that.

Great pizza and second to none service! I am absolutely delighted with how they cared for my Mother Marina who is in isolation because of covid and didn't have any cash on her to pay for her pizza on delivery. She isn't the most tech savvy person but that was no problem! I really appreciate the care and trust that was shown! Great to see that looking after the community is a priority for this small business!

Just found out that they exist, tried their pizzas as their rating was excellent. Must admit it was a great decision, pizzas were exceptional and everyone loved them. They forgot a whole main meal..then the driver tried to tell me it was 1 main when the receipt clearly said 2 they used to be generous with there chips but barely got a hand full for the price they charge for a Parma definately not worth it.we used to be regulars because of how good it was but not anymore. After making this review the manager was prompt in calling and rectifying the problem.

Highly recommended. We had a large order pre booked for a small get together. Food was ready to be picked up on time. We had approx 8 different types of pizza , chips and garlic bread. Everyone was happy with the food. Everyone commented on the taste and presentetion. I think we have found our new favourite pizza place in the West.

Probably one of the better pizza places in Melton. I have switched to them from another place as my previous pizza place was not consistent. So far I have never had a wrong order or any food cooked bad. They have a great range and are fairly priced. The staff are alwayd friendly and its great to see that they use a system that stores the persons details for delivery orders.

OMG my Garlic Prawn Risotto was heavenly, I asked for my rice to be over cooked [i don't like crunchy rice] and extra creamy. The king prawns were very nicely cooked and there was more than 6. Yummy yummy. Thank you to Victoria's chefs for making my dinner awesome. I wish I had taken a photo.

We got gourmet pizza, chips, mozzarella sticks and risotto. Just one word for the quality "to die for". Very much i much impressed with quantity of pizza toppings. It was just melting in mouth. Chips were massive and the seasonings on the chips is just so yummy. Portion sizes were massive for the stuff, especially risotto, the huge container. Its definitely a big hit..

I just ordered from menulog and can I just say not only were they so polite and absolutely lovely(including delivery man), their pizzas are the bomb! My family and I just ate the most delicious Hawaiian, caprichosa and supreme pizza ever! The Hawaiian was to die for I legit was dying for another, you guys were closed.my waist line says thanks.

Bought pizza for the first time . Large pizza is a good size and full of ingredients. Price compered to near by shops is the same even when the other shops offer to buy one and get on fee ,it will cost you the same. But the pizza here is better. Definitely will order again and again. Placed the order two hours ago, rang the restaurant at 8:00pm to ask for an update to be told the order has already left will be there in 10 - 15, rang a second time at 8:24 to be told it left 5 minutes ago. Rang the third time at 8:48pm to be told it’s being put in the oven now… Happy Friday !

I would like to say that after picking up the pizza and coming home. I was wondering if they placed the Ingredients of a small pizza on a family pizza. I'm quite disappointed when paying $24. Skimping on the portion to give to the customer is not right. I don't think I'll be going there again

I consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur everywhere i have been around the world first thing i will do is try the local pizza , I have had Victoria's pizza multiple times and i rate it extremely highly also make a great risotto and pasta always fantastic service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The last 2 pizzas I’ve had have over cheesed. Before that I’ve loved their pizzas. Everything was just right. They managed to balance the flavours of the toppings. I did recommend. Unless they get it right on the future, I will be looking somewhere else. I will give them 1 more chance.

Was just about to order dinner tonight as this is our usual pizza place. Have been a long time customer for 2 years. Delivery fee used to be $5 then $6 but just went to order and it's now $10! PLUS you charge an additional credit card surcharge on your app from what I can see is 5%.

Poor owners that are completely horrible, stay away from this place pizza’s are terrible at best. Better off going elsewhere. Plus they use Centrelink kids get them in for a trial day then extend it to 4 days without any payment. Then don’t offer them the job completely wrong.

Used to come here all the time for their pasta but don't go here anymore because of their $20 price pasta tag not to mention to if you got gnocchi they would only put in half the amount of what they would normally put in with other pastors bit of a shame I like this place

Ordered anchovies on the two of the same pizza. I think they forgot to put them on one of them and put it on after the pizza came out the oven. Had to throw that pizza away as it was downright inedible. The girl was nice and apologetic which is why you get 2 stars.

Have tested out many of Melton's Pizza places over the years. Victoria's on High Street is certainly one of the best. The Macedonian was full of tipping and came with a great kick from the chilli. Kids enjoyed the BBQ chicken too. Will be back.

Price told on the phone was different to price when they dropped off pizza for trio combo . When we called back we got told we must have heard wrong . We explained we order the same thing each time . Response was " price went up 2 days ago

The Pork Ribs were the best thing I have ever tasted! Pizza was massive! Couldn’t believe the value for money. Only complaint is there aren’t enough toppings for the chocolate pizza, but the ribs well and truely make up for that!

I ordered spicy chicken and peri peri chicken pizza and they were really good. The amount of toppings including chicken was great. Highley recommend them. Staff was nice too. One customer moving from Domino's to Victoria pizza.

Bang average for a way above average price. 5 items ordered, all received somewhere between cold and lurk warm. Some items chewy some super flavourless really ordinary but dine in restaurant prices.

Best takeaway parma ever, you'd struggle to find better quality in a restaurant/pub. The parma is huge and with a huge serve of chips and a salad its deffinatly worth the price.
