I’ve had really poor experience with Manne (one of the managers at the place). I booked a mot test on the same day to come and be told it was a mistake and they double booked, ok fast forward the next day my mot failed to be told I need to fix all defects till I can pass. That’s understandable, moving on I tried to talk him if he can sort me out a labour costs as I’ve been coming to his shop for many years he keeps trying make me wait and then to be told no. My concern is he needs to work on social skills in order to speak to customers so we can come to a level of mutual agreement except there was none of that. I cannot say my experience with manne wasn’t professional.

Absolutely brilliant service from Jo and team. Kept me informed of what was happening with my car, the parts they needed to order and why. The back story is, the engine management light has been on in my Volvo XC90 for nearly10 months. The car is a 2019 plate so i didn't expect any faults. I took it to Volvo and they wanted to charge me an extortionate amount just to diagnose. I took the car to Victoria Bodyworks and the mechanic (Jo) was absolutely brilliant. He has now fixed the problems and all done within a week!

Brilliant owners and workers alike. Went to get a repair done 2 weeks ago that I felt was important and they explained to me the alternatives that would work out cheaper and we’re not hesitant to give me further advice when I asked for it. Nice to find professionals who are willing to educate and not rush through clients. I’d strongly recommend this garage to anyone and will be suggesting them to those who are looking!

Unfortunately I do not recommended repairing your vehicle at this garage... There when replacing the front tires, two aluminum disks were scratched... Unqualified workers speak rudely and not respectfully ... also no one doesn't protect your car when sitting in work clothes and gloves, the car returns dirty....

Surprised by the service overall. Come in for a class 7 van MOT and was done in no time while i was waiting in the warm waiting room. All perfect as expected. Only bit what may concern you is that you need to bring cash as card payments are not accepted. Other than that is perfect. I definitelly recommend it.

Been going to this place since the early 90's. never been let down by service and quality of work. Family run business makes you feel welcome and you can be rest assured the work is gonna be done properly and the cost won't burn a whole on your pocket.

I explained I had an issue with my alternator and these guys convinced me it was just the battery. I had my battery replaced no more than a year ago and I could see the alternator wasn't running properly but because I'm not a mechanic I
