For my whole life I've had a substantial fear of colonoscopies and avoided them at all costs despite doctor after doctor pleading with me to get one. I have terrible gut health and I am constantly sick and after 51 years of aggressive colon attacks and many a soiled pant I finally gave in and decided to get a colonoscopy to try and figure out whether my bowels have a medical condition or are simply possessed by Lucifer himself. I shared my fears and concerns with the receptionist who assured me that I was in very capable hands and the the doctors were equally sympathetic to my pre-procedure stress. The colonoscopy was over before I knew it (thank you to the anaesthetist whose bill I will never forget, but the name escapes me). The doctors were unable to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with me so I'm sure my priest is right and that Satan has taken home within my intestines. However, my fear of colonoscopies is gone and I look forward to my next!

Yesterday I had a colonoscopy there. Dr Soli and his team was fantastic. From reception Jayka and Suzane and another staff young girl to Iman the pre operative nurse to Dr Hutchinson the anaesthesiologist to Karen the operative nurse to Trestine or Christine the postoperative nurse all were very professional courteous and helpful. That made the procedure a very good experience. Thanks to all especially Dr Soli Kashkooli with his expertise and his team for explaining the procedure and caring before and after the colonoscopy. Good on you all!

I was booked into the Victorian Gut Centre for a Gastroscopy and I was impressed with the facility and rate it very highly. The Doctors, nurses, administration staff where all very friendly professional and delivery of care was exceptional. Could not fault this facility and they deserve 10^ stars!!! Thank you Victoria Gut Centre fir the exceptional care and I highly recommend your facility and staff to all.

Disappointing. They have changed my appointment 3 times. Today I was there 7am and after an hour of waiting they cancelled all appointments due to power outage. They don't have a power backup or power emergency system in place. I wonder what would happen if someone is under operation and the power outage happen. They are risking on people's life by not spending money on this very important safety matter.

Down down down No care for patients Always cancel appointments Claims to have 8-10 doctors but when someomeone book a to appointment never have one available and always call on the morning of appointment that sorry we have to cancel it because our doctor is sick or some stupid reason Will not recommend unless you don't care about the person taking there

Top notch medical service were provided by Dr. Raouf Bassily, Dr. Linda Gualano & all the nursing staff involved when I had a gastrocopy yesterday. The administrative service provided by the reception staff was also excelent. They are all very professional. Thanks all & I strongly recommend this medical clinic.

Excellent service. Everyone from reception staff to nurses and doctor were very good. Very friendly and everything was explained in detail. After weeks of tests and scans I finally got a diagnosis which explains why I have been feeling so unwell. Can highly recommend the clinic.

Terrible service I was originally booked in at 4. Nurse called and asked if I could come in early because they had a cancellation, arrived at 3 didn't get seen till 5:30 very rude receptionist and overall a terrible experience would rather pay more and be treated better.

The admin and medical staff were all professional, had great processes and treated me respectfully. I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate going back. Thanks for a great and positive experience

I needed another Iron Infusion and I compliment this clinic for its Covid precautions but also their staff. In particular Ken who looked after me during the procedure friendly and efficient.
