The room was visually pleasing and had all the amenities. The location is also pretty central and nearby Rattery Park and Tejetia Market so it is nice for tourists. The front desk receptionists were welcoming and attentive. However, I opened the door to the terrace of my hotel room and found a dead cockroach. The toilet was running constantly so I had to fix it a few times throughout the night. The casino and the club attached to the hotel were loud, so if you plan on staying over, be prepared. The club seems like a lot of fun on a Saturday night. They say breakfast is free but it is only for one person and they do not have it prepared unless you ask them. We were in a hurry, so we could not get breakfast in the end.

Vienna is the oldest and most popular club house in Kumasi and therefore it is highly expensive. The vicinity also sports a hotel, restaurant and casino. The club is always popping from Thursday to Sunday and is a recommended place for hanging and chilling. There is usually a fee for entering the club. The casino is free to enter but there is a fee to be able to bet. The restaurant has a wide variety of meals available and the hotel rooms are quite advanced and modern.

You will undoubtedly have this place on mind and the desire of a come back. Facilities like Bar, Eatery, Casino and a Hotel brings important and respectable clientele. Smart and professional service hands are at your Beck and call. Services are patronised by clients from far and near making it a well known joint. Hotel occupants are NOT disturbed by casino nor pub. With FREE WiFi You may want to visit and attest to these.

Went for an early dinner. Very very very dark and a bit smoky. Pizza was crisp and reasonably good. The chicken and beef kebabs were spicy and fantastic. Some of the better kebabs we had during our month in Kumasi. At night it turns much more "club," and appeared to begin attracting some, well, "pros" as we were leaving. Can't comment on the late night scene as we were outta there...

The food is lovely and service is very fast. The drinks aren't too expensive but the entry is a bit of a rip off. On the night of the concert, we paid 30 cedis on the door and a further 20 to get into the club. I think that's a bit excessive. Great music but the people are stoosh and come to flex and stunt rather than to have fun.

Don't be fooled. They charge a 20GHC as a cover for a mediocre, overly-smoky bar. Even on a Sunday when the place was empty, they turned 4 of us away unless we payed the cover. We even offered to pay a 100GHC advance towards our bar tab. The owner should be disappointed. We went to Bar Naas instead.

Vienna city hotel is really nice. Staff are fantastic. Laundry is done free of charge. There is a functioning Wi-Fi. The food is also nice and you can give the chefs guides on how you want the food to be prepared. There is a very good club inside the hotel which may get too noisy at times.

I really had a nice time. The receptionist was very cool and welcoming. Nice rooms and very excellent waiter (Albert). He did it all with his smiles and hospitality. Pls try and fix ur sink in room 10. It was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor. Aside that i will give u guys 5 a star.

One of the coolest places to hang (if you don't mind the smoke). Place is always alive with fun and activities. Great restaurant with all you would want to eat, casino, night club and a place to sleep. Must say, their rooms are the best around compared to their price point.

The places good on Fridays . They serve only alcohol. The pools are not at all good , recommend you change them . There is guy outside there who serves grilled sticks , that's one the best grilled sticker I had in Ghana ,it was really really tasty. Don't forget to try it .

The front desk Customer Service was excellent, not so much at the bar. The bartender asked the same waitress to assist me 3xs to where he had to go find someone else to help. The mosquitos LAUGH at Off Repell spray! Overall, the hotel is nice and a great place to party!

The reviews about smoke in the corridor were not kidding. The corridor is stuffed with smoke. Nice cozy place though, if you disregard the noise at night from the club. Staff are quite professional. I don't think it will be long before the hotel is upped to a 2 star.

Yesterday might not have been a good day to be there, but I think its the dullest of all the vienna city joints I have been to. Could also be because it was a cold night. Overall it wasnt a bad place to be. Meals are overpriced though. Thats ma opinion.

Busy mostly on weekends. Regular food, and the smoking inside is pretty intense. Beware of the girls... they will come if you wink... And oh, you will be expected to pay an entrance fee... unless you are a celeb or in the company of some popular person.

The stuff was polite and courteous and respectful the hotel is overpriced they did not change my bed sheets I checked out of the room and check back into the same day the same Sheets Were on the bed I didn't understand why a bottle of water is 6Gh

A very nice place with amazing crowd. Lots of people visit the place on Thursdays for Karaoke and Fridays for clubbing. It's a great place to hangout and socialize.

We use the guesthouse often. I love how serene and neat they are. The nightclub music doesn't travel to the guestrooms which is awesome . The bathroom is pretty clean, breakfast is lovely. The amount paid is decent plus the location is

Fantastic hotel can't say enough good things about this place. Food is great staff are friendly Rooms are clean and tidy Entertainment in the bar at night it brilliant You can even treat yourself to a massage while you're there !!

Rooms are ok. But u cant sleep here! All night their night club wud blast the music and u will hear it in ur room no matter what ... so this hotel isn't for sleeping ... I made a mistake booking it! Not gonna do it again!

Every time we go to Vienna city it’s on jump! I enjoy the atmosphere. I love that everyone dances. The drinks are strong. The food is delicious. You can chill, dance, Play pool, or relax outside. Great place!
