Vikas Nagar post office now shifted to this place house number 7/689 from Sector 2. I can't say current location is good or old one. Service must remain good for customers. Post offices are providing new services to customers like banking, etc. Small, compact than previous location, 3 counters for customers, 2 remain crowded. 1 counter for PF, NSC, account, etc., work. 2nd counter for Speed post, shipping work. 3rd for extra work. An area adjacent for postman where they store and process posts for transit. 1 small room also next to entrance. Overall, not much crowded most days, but it may take upto 10min-1/2hr for your turn in queue. Service is good, but slow.

Good service but very confusing post office place. ️ ● Vikas Nagar Post Office situated in private rent room in front of small green park. ● There are no big banner of post office. I reached here by Google map. ️ ● It's opening time 8:00 am. ● It's working time 2:30 pm only that's very bad for stranger's person. ● There no parking place for vehicles, But also resting in green park. ♿ ● Stuff's lunch time is too long. ️

बहुत बुरा अनुभव हुआ. डाकिये ने मुझे फोन किया कि आपका पार्सल यहाँ है, कृपया आकर अपना पार्सल ले लें। जब मैंने उनसे पूछा कि यह स्पीड पोस्ट है तो आप इसे मेरे यहां ले आएं, उन्होंने कहा कि मैं कल आऊंगा, अगर आपको इसकी जरूरत है तो आज ही यहां से ले लीजिए। यहां तक कि प्रोफेशनली बात करना भी नहीं आता, सिर्फ जॉब कर रहा हूं।

The one who sits at mail branch section is the rudest of all, as if he is doing a favour by performing his job. The worst support you will ever get in a PO. In case your product or belonging are couriered via this branch then forget you will ever receive them unless you are not a VIP.

Server is down since 5 days, due to that no ant work related to Accounts or NSC or PPF is happening in the post office. Staff just says they can not do anything as server is not working. What a pity started of affair!!

Worst experience ever I have visited two days for five minutes of work. Whenever I go, they say the server is not responding. Sometimes the printer is not working. The entire process is extremely slow.

Staff is lazy and rude, they don't want to work, and simply tell the customers that the server is down. Worst service. No wonder government offices are getting privatised or closed.

No generator/No power backup for computers, only one person for post/ people have to stand in line for 45mins to more than an hour..acche din kab ayenge!?

New place, New vibe. Didn't take much time to process. Can't say about all the time but there was no crowd at my time.
