Villa Valencia

I was in Durban for business related matter as I live in Gauteng. My booking was made via Airbnb by my customer. However regretfully I must inform extremely jet lagged travellers like myself to steer clear of these kinds of establishments. As the standards of operations will only heighten your exhaustion. Rooms, staff, and services are all well below substandard. However the price rates do nothing to mitigate the inconvenience. I strongly suggest overall striking this bnb of your company accommodation list. It's mediocrity and tired representative approach is enough to frustrate most level headed patients patrons

Its good for what it is. Its not top class and it doesn't attempt to be. You'll have friendly staff and you won't be served a breakfast of kings but you'll be fed and your room will be cleaned up. Nice little kitchenette if you staying long. Pool could be maintained better. Also has the regular westvlille plumbing smell. But it's good value for money. The small issues reflect on their pricing. Very fair. Its worth it.

Me and my family stayed at villa Valencia for a weekend, we were visiting Fiends in Durban. This place is very clean , beautiful views , breakfast was delicious and ladies working there were amazing to us !! Thank you guys , good job !!

Friendly people, nice rooms ,food was nice . The only problem was the parking was too full , two guys with mphumalanga number plate parked their bakkie in the middle blocking us . Guys next time park properly. Thank you

Vila Valencia is by far the best place I stayed at in Pinetown. This BnB has an awesome vibe with rustic finishes. A lot of history to be found as you wander through its corridors. Great staff giving excellent service! Lovely food and beautiful views to match. Make a turn here when you seek peace and quiet, you will find it here nestled within secret garden too. 10/10

A lovely place to stay with friendly staff We stayed 3 nights and we were very well looked after the rooms are light and airy with good quality bedding and towels all the rooms have TVs fridge kettle and microwaves and the add bonus of free wi-fi The breakfast was really good quality with plenty of choice There is also secure of road parking

Place definitely needs some maintenance done, Locks on door room are broken,mattress's have springs pointing out,carpet was filled with all different kinds of hair. In general the room was not very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at villa Valencia the stuff are very friendly n polite .the rooms are so big n there are nice comfortable beds and also clean linens.The breakfast was good English breakfast. I would like to visit this place again n again

It was supposed to be a 1 star. Very dirty and smells awful. Staying for 2 days was a nightmare. Spider webs at coners, and dirty curtains, jot to mention the towels. staff are friendly though. Im not going there again

They have a very poor administration we were double booked and no one wanted to talk to us for more then an hour. We eventually had to leave though we booked and payed for accommodation 3 months ago.

Thank you very much for the lovely stay Excellent WiFi Room was clean , fresh towels every day . Very nice breakfast ( thanks immaculate) Secure parking We simply loved it . Coming back soon.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming just a little bit of training in house keeping will do and maybe New linen and detergents for the toilet coz the smell is a bit not nice.

We stayed here over the weekend , Very beautiful place ,very clean,staff was very helpful and friendly , breakfast was nice and sufficient . 5 stars to the team working there.

This B&B is one of the worst I have ever stayed in.The room is run down and quite dirty. Mould on all the walls and ceilings. Not a place that I would ask someobe to stay in!!
