The service here on Mondays and Tuesdays is exceptional from all members of staff. However, this all changes from Wednesdays onwards. I started using this pharmacy not so long ago and admired the service that was provided to me from the locum Bal and the rest of the staff. What attracted me was the personal touch that came along with the service and the efficiency. I made the mistake of coming in on one of the so called "manager's" day. I had never felt so unwelcomed and so intimidated by someone. I thought this may have been a one off, unfortunately, it wasn't and I received this same service from him repeatedly. He clearly thinks he is a saint and thinks a lot of himself and tries to use complicated terminology to make himself look clever, which quite frankly, he is not. If he was as clever as he likes to believe he is, he would be able to carry out the basic customer service skills. Especially as a manager, you'd like to think that he would care about the business needs and try to attract customers but his behaviour proves otherwise. As a professional, the way you present yourself says a lot about how a person works. This "pharmacist" looks like a scruff that has been picked up from the streets and his behaviour is that of a thug. The way in which he stands and folds his arms and twiddles his beard and leans over in such an intimidating way. To make matters worse, the efficiency completely changes on these days. On Bal's days, even on his lunch break, he will still serve patients, whereas on this pathetic manager's days I am told to come back after an hour and when I do come back even longer than an hour for my medicines, it is still not ready. It is such a shame for this business to have such a manager and a pharmacist working there. GET RID OF HIM!!!!!

wanted to purchase co codamol for my mother who was in severe pain due to period pains. I explained that paracetamol doesn't work, she has taken it before and doesn't take them often. The pharmacist Noor outright refused to sell it to me and when i asked why he claimed that it was 'no stronger than paracetamol' and 'doesn't work on period pain, migraines etc'. when i tried to state that this just wasn't true he was VERY condescending and rude .I rang up after and explained it to another pharmacist who was very nice and helpful though. majority of staff are great but sadly the service i recieved off of 'Noor' was disguisting.

I been using this chemist since the day it opened and the service has been great a bit off at times but that is sometimes due to which ever pharmacist is on for example when Noor is there i get all my medication and correct where as others only at times I only have half and wait for rest to be delivered , i remember one bank holiday on the Saturday Noor went out of his way to get my medication after i was told by another it would be there but he solved the problem i was so grateful , the ladies are lovely too ....only one complaint is the phone answering i have to moan ANSWER THE PHONE LOL

The staff here are excellent: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & always willing to go the extra mile to help. The best pharmacy / chemist in the village! My especial thanks for being there for us all through this pandemic. I particularly recommend their delivery service to anyone who struggles with medication: get your surgery to send over your regular prescription for tablets or other things automatically - they can put tablets into blister pack trays with the time of day you need to take each one - and they deliver to your door, no extra charge.

I went to this pharmacy this evening around 18:30 pm and wanted to purchase over the counter medications. The reception I received from an advanced lady wearing spectacles was extremely poor and negative towards me tutting as though it was too much trouble to serve and explained best options of medication that I required urgently. I declined to proceed with the purchase and expressed my feelings as to how I had been treated as a customer. I will not return to this pharmacy again this is my first and last time. DISGRACEFUL!!!

Staff are always polite, friendly and always very helpful my son has an allergy to penicillin a lot of pharmacy's did not have the medication that he required in stock and sent me away. This pharmacy informed me that if i rang the doctor back and asked them to send another prescription down with just a slight change of the sugar free version that they had it in stock and would be able to prescribe it I am very thankful as without this information my poorly little boy wouldn't of been able to get ANY medication

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rude staff. Wait times are ridiculous. Only one in at a time so most staff standing around doing nothing whilst people wait in the cold. But most of all the most annoying thing about this place is they don't get your prescriptions ready until you get there...even if they've had the prescriptions for days they still don't get them ready UNTIL you get there. If you go to this chemist just be prepared to waste some time and to be spoken to like a peasant.

this man working late night is horrible behavior he treated me as i am forging a prescription with one anti biotic, he was of no help .the customer before came in was dispensed medicine with out even checking his address or not even a word. then he speaks rules now i have to travel all the way to other pharmacy which works late night and spend more money on travel or stay with pain all night this shop should get closed instead of helping people he spoiled my night.

We always have a wonderful welcome and amazing service whenever we use the Pharmacy. All staff are very kind and helpful. It's wonderful to know that this is one of the only open later pharmacies in South Birmingham. Whenever I need advise they are always willing to help and give guidance. I have been using this Pharmacy for over 10 years and am very happy with the service. Thanks for the wonderful service we receive whenever we come to use the service.

I've been using this chemist for over 3 years now, they are all very lovely and very polite. When ever I've gone there I've never had a problem and they are always very organised. My mom has used this chemist for many years and advised me to move to these from Boots as I found the staff from there very miserable and not very helpful, however when ever I go to the Village chemist they are all so welcoming and couldn't fault them with anything.

Been using this pharmacy ever since it opened. The way your prescriptions and over the counter medications is dealt with is very professional they always check that the over the counter medication does not interact with the prescribed always has time to explain how it should be taken. With my new inhalers they showed me how to Use it properly. Thank you to all the staff for your ongoing support specially the last 18 months.

I visited village pharmacy to pick up my prescription and the staff there were very friendly and helped me out fast. No big waiting like and the staff are kind and very helpful with any extra questions I had regarding the pills I picked up. The pharmacist there also helped me and accessed my concerns regarding some issues I had I recommend going here as the staff are very helpful and fast to serve customers.

Great staff, genuine, fast and reliable! One of the best pharmacies in Dublin, in my opinion. Mr Giuseppe was not only courteous and polite, but also gave a detailed and competent explanation of the medication we requested, clearly demonstrating his great expertise. I do not live very close to the pharmacy, but I still decided to make it my pharmacy of choice. Thanks to all the staff! I will be back soon.

The staff at this pharmacy move so slowly you can actually watch lichen growing on one side of them. Despite calling ahead to ensure my prescription would be ready, I still had to wait 30 minutes and watch what an uniformed viewer would think to be some amateur theatre display of mime and interpretation. I did 'eventually' leave with what I came for, I still long for yet another part of my wasted youth.

I have occasionally used this pharmacy and the pharmacist is very helpful especially the one on the weekend. The tall bold guy. He always explains the use of each medication and advices on most appropriate options available. Nice to see healthcare professionals still take time out to help. I have been going to the Village Pharmacy for many years, always been greeted by each and all .My son was terminally ill and nothing was to much when I rang for advice His medication was delivered always I know in my Heart there help and Kindness got me through a awful and sad time .I can't get to the Pharmacy myself at the moment and I do miss going to see them all

Rubbish pharmacy with incompetent staff, namely the pharmacist Noor. Rude attitude talking down to patients and throwing prescriptions in patients faces yelling in front of patients telling them to go elsewhere when because he's questioned on why he can't do his job. Avoid going there if you care about your health and respect. Disgusting treatment of people!

All the staff at village green are very warming, very helpful and very kind. Ayesha is Very friendly and always has such a welcoming smile. Noor the pharmacist always takes time to ask how I'm doing whenever go in. Ammar who is also a pharmacist is always very friendly. I have been using this pharmacy for approximately 5 years. They are very helpful and endearing as they give the time to listen and advise on the best option. This pharmacy is very organised, the staff are pleasant and friendly... However, the issue with shortage of medication is somewhat understandable as there can be problems with the ordering. On the other hand, the staff try their best to help and get the customers out quickly with their item(s) and are fast workers! Keep it up guys.

It’s not the regular pharmacy I usually use but I was really impressed with the service provided by the pharmacist. He didn’t have the medication I was after but he managed to give me enough information and alternative options to help me get by. I can’t thank him enough. He was the bald chap, I think he said his names Adeel.

I go every week here to get my blister pack and they are Always ready when run low the pharmacist noor always reminds me and fully understands my health condition to keep me on track with my medication all the other staff a very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Staff should work in a convenience store as they know nothing about their stock. On multiple occasions been told that the things I was looking for don't exist, even though once I actually found one of those items in there. Pharmacy definitely in need of new staff.

I'd leave less if I could. I saw a woman in a wheelchair having to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes, whilst inside they laughed, joked and went on breaks. That was my first time of visiting this dreadful "pharmacy" my second was even worse. Do not use!!!

I have always received the highest level of service from all its staff members. Even when on the rare occasions, as with any pharmacy, when they don't have all the medication they order it in and deliver promptly. Can't ask for more.

Just wonderful staff, Ayesha is just so customer centric, she remembers your name and your medication! In this day and age customer service seems to be a thing of the past, not here, I would vote them ten stars if I could.
