The first time I came here was for a haircut, it wasn't symmetrical but wasn't obvious at first sight, however, the staff was extremely nice so I decided to go back to change my natural brunette to copper. I showed them the picture of what I wanted, giving them the chance to go for a tone slightly darker or lighter but I ended up with a completely different color from what I asked for. It was almost the same tone of my natural hair just slightly red when under the light. Barely any different. I let them know the first time and they kindly asked me to go back in a few days so they could fix it (without charging me yet) but when I went to "get it fixed", it was still not what I wanted at all, I gave up telling them because they clearly didn't know how to do their job so I just paid for it, the total was around $250 which was about the same amount I had to paid in another salon so they could actually fix it. An overall waste of money and my time. I really don't know why they would agree to do it if they didn't have the skills to get to the wished result. Wouldn't recommend!

I have been attending Vincenzo Shampoo for several years and have had many hair treatments and services there. Vince and his staff are ALWAYS warm, friendly, and inviting and make you feel like you are family when you visit the salon. The treatments and services I continue to receive there are done with expertise and precision, and I always feel fantastic afterward. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fantastic haircut, colour, or style and excellent customer service.

I shared a picture to the girl that was gonna make my hair cut and she did the opposite, there is nothing in common between what I asked and how that girl cutted my hair I don’t recommend nothing to go to this place I don’t know the other barbers but now I know that one girl that I don’t remember her name, she doesn’t know how to cut hair and if you ask her something she will do whatever she wants. Very disappointed

Eve at the salon is one of the most pro stylist's in the city and she is joined by a nice group of people there (one of the the original's from the infamous Vault salon downtown). An artist if you want modern street, sassy or retro she knows it all, fun and serious at the same time. Her balayage, mini highlighting, hairpainting and colour work are magnificent on me.

I've been going to Vincenzos since 2003 back when they were over by Newdale. Fortunately my hair and style hasnt changed so it's real easy to walk in and ask for "the usual" and they know what I mean. That's the other thing - even though I only see them once every month or two, they still know me on a first name basis.

I've been going to this salon for a while and have always had the same hair dresser; Teddy (sp?). Her and staff (except one, but I can't remember her name and I don't think she's there anymore) have always done my hair soooo well and made me feel at home and comfortable. I would recommend these guys for sure!!

Amazing place to get your hair done. The stylists are always kind and polite, and the store follows covid-19 practices very well. Absolutely amazing, as they take their time with your hair to make sure it's right.

Caitlin was awesome, did exactly what I asked and also accommodated some of my requests in terms of the hair products I use. everything was a nice and clean. I think I finally found a good place to do my hair!

Just got a haircut and scalp treatment for my severe dry and itchy scalp from Cathleen. She was really professional, patient, super nice and lovely.
