We used to make good use of the Rouse Hill Library, it was reasonably quiet and a pleasure to work there. However in recent weeks a Mothers Group of 20 plus mothers has been meeting there to hold group nursery rhyme sing-a-longs for an hour at a time - in a Iibrary!! Our council should decide whether Vinegar Hill Library is a community centre or other but it is no longer a library..

Very quiet, very nice. Good selection of books, and very very nice staff. wait what else im supposed to say The staff are very approachable and helpful for getting around the library. Everything in the library is well distributed and planned, like having a separate area for returns, and if you get lost, there's the staff to help. The books in the library are a good selection.

I will say that I have used the library extensively in the past years prior to the Covid19 Lockdown period. I am honestly saying that my experience is timeless. The Library is as useful today as it was then, an excellent oasis to escape to for peaceful reading. I do recommend this library.

Nice brightly lit Library and well stocked with books. There are several staff around but they don't bother you while you're browsing. But when you ask for assistance they are very helpful and polite. Lots of computer facilities too. And a Justice of the Peace visits one day a week.

Good library with good wifi and nice staff. One problem that should be corrected is all the young students using the place as a takeaway restaurant. Bringing food and drinks and using up all tables as a dinner table. Rowdy behaviour soon follows.

This library has great internet connectivity, good amount of resources, helpful librarians and good rooms for studying. I just wish they had more rooms, as they tend to get filled pretty quickly during weekdays with students.

Absolutely love this library. So calming and so many lovely spaces that I could use whilst I finished university. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and their range of books is amazing!

Staff is nice but needs more places to sit. Worst thing is the amount of people bringing in food. There is a person in here right now that has a table to himself with a three-course hot lunch.

The library has a comfortable ambiance. CONS: the 'quiet study space' is right next to the children's area - do not come around midday since parents bring in their children to play around in.

The JP was amazing!! And his after hours availability saved the day!!! Highly recommended. (Kids really enjoyed the library features while they waited)

Great Library! Books, Computers and Study rooms. Also they have an interactive table and a wonderful view of the water feature and shops below.

Staffs are very helpful. The library is well organized and with its self service you're able to borrow or return books easily.

Great library, I would recommend this over the castle hill library because it is less busy and more quiet.
