I purchased a dozen bottles of cab merlot on the basis that the wine was organic. I was assured by the telemarketer that it was. On delivery nothing on the label indicated organic. I then emailed Vintage Cellars on 25 April about it and had no response. I then called the 1330 number and after 15 mins waiting spoke with someone overseas who could not assist me and assured me that I would receive a call about my issue. Two days later I received a call and had to abort the chat and asked her to please call later. Still no call. I then emailed again yesterday and still no response. I feel that I am a patient individual but think that the standard of service is deplorable.

Poor customer service. The man that served me at the counter assumed I was rude when I showed my ID and snatched it out of my hands and told me I had no manners yet the way he served me was very aggressive. I did nothing wrong.. I’m sorry but I won’t be coming back here if I’m going to be treated like that. I would’ve spoken up and said something to the man if I didn’t have to rush home - I hope he realises that I walked out very unhappy.

Fantastic selection. Love the little write ups on some of the wines. Have tried many based on the personal descriptions. Its a gem of a place among the giants that only stock generic.

Very nice and well laid out shop within Coles. Separate entrance as well as Coles entrance. The wines etc are usually more expensive as they are generally better quality.

Convenient local range of wines & sprits as well as the usual beers for that special event or just to restock your supplies.

Helpful staff and a surprisingly good range considering it's a small shop. Nice presentation and good parking.
