Poor service. I had to wait for 30 minutes before I could be allowed in(no reception area). AC is used only with NEPA light. If there's no light, you are left with fan. Generator doesn't come up till 5pm. Also, their taps need to be changed with newer ones.

For the amount I was paying daily service was below my expectations, the people who run it are very rude to guests who travel from far and after staying for over 5 days they wanted me out for not paying at exactly 12 PM. I definitely do not

The place was okay but the cleaners need to do better, they didn't change the sheets of the last person that used the place before us and the most likely the person was a smoker so the whole room was smelling of cigarette.

Very poor customer service. I reserved a room and drove 4hrs to the hotel, only to get there and they had given out the room, leaving me stranded. They could not offer a solution or a valid reason for wasting my time. More

Had to wait an unholy amount of time for the room I was to be checked into to get cleaned up, and this was after the initial one didn’t have a working air conditioning unit. Overall, it was average.

The room has good space. Poor fittings, remotes and heater not working. They dont have a reception but its a good location and fair price with the inconvenience

Wonderful apartment. But the gate was left unattended to. Security is an issue.

The security man was very rude and they cancelled my booking without notice.
