Attitude is what makes breaks a business. I would like to give a big thank you to the management at Virage Motors. Service with a smile and a first rate attitude is so rare these days These people did not know me from a bar of soap. I needed to park my vehicle for 40 minutes as I had an appointment nearby, and because I am from interstate, (Qld) I needed to download a PayStay app, which I did; followed the instructions and yet could not make the app work. The parking meter would not accept credit cards, and I did not have any coins. One of the team from Virage Motors saw that I was having problems, and I explained that I didn't have any coins and my smallest note was $20 Without hesitation, they went into the office and supplied an hours worth of coins and gave it to me.. What an awesome attitude and helpful demeanour! They had no idea I was going to write this 5 star review… they didn’t ask for it nor did they expect it. However it is really refreshing to see good old fashioned values; and a genuine willingness to help people. Thank you Virage Motors… you made my day. Awesome attitude. I asked for a simple oil change, fuel filter change & pollen filter to be replaced, they wouldn't quote me, "we will look after you" is what they said, i notified them that Renault Dealer charged me $299 & showed them receipts, to my surprise my bill was $520 when i picked it up, they replaced wipers without my permission, its not the $20 for the wipers but rather you did it without permission, honestly i thought id give these guys a go being local, but never again. The customer service was great thou, just hope they get their pricing in order or at least give a estimate.

Excellent service, the owners have an immense experience and will always give the best advice. They are true mechanics, not sales men; they will be honest with you and never over sell repairs. They are flexible and always put the customer first. I have been a customer for over 4 years and my Subaru Forester is still thanking me for it. I tried other places like K-Mart and Midas; never been truly satisfied, so took the car to Virage Motors and never looked back. Big Thumb UP

Great mechanics in my whole time of living in Melbourne in last 10 years and seeing many mechanics but these two lovely people, Carl and Michael were different than other mechanics . I took my car there today, they treated me very nicely, they did not want to overcharge me, they did not make the job bigger to charge me more, their charge was reasonable. I will definitely take my car there from now on and I suggest to everyone these two great mechanics

5 star quality I have been taking my cars to Karl and Herman now Karl and Michael since mid 1980s (except for a Ford while I was working out of town). They are the best garage mechanics I have ever dealt with. Service is honest, clear, complete and the necessary work done. Distance is not a problem because the work is done while I work in the city. They make European cars as affordable as any others. I highly recommend them. . Neil R

This was my first visit to Virage motors recommended by my father. And it was a seamless experience! Carl is a very nice guy and very trustworthy, was straight to the point and knows his stuff! Dropped car off in the morning and was ready to go after lunch. Was an affordable price and top notch service. I met Michael aswell who was also very knowledgeable and kind. First class customer and motor service from start to finish! Carl and Michael are great guys, respectful and transparent in their communication. I was dreading having to organise a RWC and service to prepare my Renault Koleos for sale. They sorted me out in no time at all, and at a reasonable/fair cost compared to the bigger local shops (yes, you Cox Auto!). Highly recommend, they’ve won my future business, no doubt about it!

Highly recommended and happy I trusted the other Google reviews. Honest, down to earth and genuine advice. Had numerous issues with the brakes on a high performance car and was getting the run around from the dealer's service centre for months. Bit the bullet and took the car to Virage and so happy I did! Walked me through the exact issue, proposed fix and called again to confirm it was all remedied. Sanity restored.

Ive been using these guys for the last 2 years and they always go above and beyond. I get all the servicing and repairs done here for a Toyota Prado, a Hyundai i20 and a Nissan X-trail. I recently did a RWC and Michael stayed back late to get it passed in time. I cannot thank them enough. They're a good old fashioned workshop who do the work well, are no bull and are very reasonably priced. 10/10

I have been taking my Peugeots to Karl and Michael at Virage for twenty or so years. They have been consistently professional, very very reasonably priced and extremely kind in all their dealings. I cannot recommend them more to anybody - old-fashioned service with years of mechanical knowledge and high tech know how. Great people and service.

Friendly service and cost effective repairs, lovely and honest to deal with. Virage takes pride in their work and always do a quality job at very reasonable rates. I would not trust anyone else with my beloved Renaults: a Clio RS172 Phase 1, a Megane RS265 and a Clio RS200 EDC

Virage did a perfect job on my 225. Timing belt, auxiliary belt, tensioners, water pump and gearbox flush. They helped me out heaps with flexible hours around my work timetable, and absolutely competitive price for what was needed to be done on my 225. Thank you Virage Team!

Arranged to take my BMW 120i there for a roadworthy, needed it urgently and Karl made time for it the following day despite being fully booked. Didn't have any issues and he provided some valuable advice on the next car purchase. Seems like an honest and helpful business.

Karl is one of the best in the business. Very knowledgeable, great work, and even better value. Always extremely generous with his time to explain the health of your car too. I wouldn't take my Megane RS 250 anywhere else!
