I am so tired of instructors not turning up for classes. Especially the abs classes. I even come to expect a non-arrival so i remind reception as i enter to send an instructor up for the class that's being offered, and still noone turns up!.It must have happened to me 50 times. It's UNacceptable. Not to mention mind boggling.

I have a complaint against the Wembley Virgin Active- I have communicated my issue with them not logging written down visits after load shedding 4 times now, and asked the manager Craig to call me, but still no action! Great gym, friendly and helpful staff. My only negative note will be the lack of equipment. Definitely need more plate loaded press machines. There’s only one for chest. Those are the quintessentials of every gym. Besides that, the equipment is clean and maintained regularly.
