I would like to say a massive thank you to the early morning staff. At the Virgin Gargo (15/2/2018). Dogtainers did not have the crate to fly the animal I had sold to Adelaide. And the Virgin staff member went above and beyond to make sure I had a crate and that the animal was safe and ready to make its flight. So thank you once again Regards Vanessa
Our only complaint was the poor airport signposting to actually find where we were supposed to be. Once we found where we were meant to be, Virgin freight delivered our puppy to us promptly and in good condition.

This is where Virgin ships pets from. It was very busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. Plus from what I saw they look after your pets very well
