FROM 5-STAR TO 1-STAR!!! 22 February 2023 After being a long-standing patient for well over 10 years and having the best dentist I’ve ever had, I was recently very disappointed to learn that my dentist had suddenly left the practice and the remaining practitioners lost details of my follow-up treatment notes from my file. On top of that, I was assigned a new dentist, who I find incredibly useless and frankly lazy. She claimed she was giving me a hygienic clean, which took less than 1 min (as opposed to my 10-15 min clean from my previous dentist, and when I got home I was horrified to see how much staining remained on my teeth. I can do a much better job myself at home. Whereas before I had a brilliant dentist who cared and was very professional, I have now plummeted into the hands of the most uncaring and incompetent one, who clearly only cares about cutting costs. I was also just threatened by them about being deregistered if I can’t make my next appointment because I contracted tonsillitis and could not attend. Furthermore,I’m disabled with various conditions that flare-up unpredictably. My old dentist fully understood this and never had any qualms when I couldn’t attend. I know fully understand why my dentist just left in that way, given what I have witnessed from only 1 appointment. It’s safe to say I’m on the hunt for another dental practice that knows how to properly treat their patients like this one used to! Avoid at all costs! 27 February 2023 Following the review made above, unfortunately this practice made matters even worse by first forcing me to attend an appointment while suffering with menorrhagia for 16 days, and deciding to chastise me during my appointment about posting the above review. It was also stated that ‘if I want to leave and go find another dentist, I can go’. I left without making a decision, as I was very sick and weak and just wanted to go home. Furthermore, this appointment was meant for me to have new dentures fitted; dentures were extremely bigger than my mouth. The dentist was also very rough while trying to fit them, hurting my mouth several times as if she was trying to exact revenge for my previous review above. And to think me attending whilst very poorly was me attempting to give her and the practice a second chance and to resolve any issues. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I just received a phone call from the practice today (14 March 2023) advising me that none of the dentists feel comfortable to provide my dental care ‘if that is how I feel about them’, and that they will now have to terminate my dental care at the practice because I refused to move this post. Totally unprofessional! No offer or attempts to rectify the situation or offer me another dentist. I’ve never known professionals to take matters such as this so personally to the point where they all decide to gang up on me like a pack of wolves and deregister me when, in actual fact, that threat of deregistration was the whole point of why I posted the review in the first. I’m utterly disgusted by this practice! ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!

I came to Vitality to have a tooth extraction as I was in severe pain and the NHS wait time was very long. I saw Dr Tiago the oral surgeon, who removed my problematic tooth completely painlessly. The whole procedure was over far quicker than I had anticipated and I experienced no discomfort at all, which was a relief. Unfortunately, due to the tooth being quite large I was left with a large hole and developed dry socket despite following all advice and being very careful. I did have to visit an emergency dentist via 111 for swift treatment of this, however Vitality have been nothing but supportive during my recovery so far and I’ve had plenty of reassurance, particularly from Dr Sonya who had been so kind and helpful and even called me to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I know that my healing journey is going to be tricky due to the complexity of my extraction but I feel comforted that I have Vitality looking after me. I have to also praise the dental nurses who are so kind and make you feel really cared for and at ease. Despite my complications and post-extraction pain, I couldn’t recommend Vitality enough, particularly for complex cases.

I used Vitality dental care for the first time in March 2017. They were recommended to me by family. I have dental cover via my work and the practice were easily able to process my appointment via my insurer. I saw Dr Siddiqui who I would highly recommended. He gave my teeth an extensive clean with my check up and I must say I was impressed with his attention to detail. Unfortunately for me I was advised to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed, which I have now had done at a hospital. Due to Dr Siddiqui diligence I have saved myself a lot of pain in the future! Will be going back for my regular check ups and would def recommend the practice. oh they have TV's in the ceiling :-o

A massive Thank you to Dr Rory. You are Amazing! I can not express my gratitude enough for your service. I had an emergency appointment just before Christmas he managed to fix my chipped tooth, he made me feel safe, comfortable and gave me enough information on how to maintain healthy mouth and teeth. He also managed to fit me into his busy schedule for follow up appointments to check my teeth/gum health.....Talk about Exceptional Customer Care or what!! The lady at the reception is really welcoming and friendly. Compared to my previous dental experiences Vitality Dental is so far the best! Subira

Had an amazing experience this morning. After a lot of procrastinating, a night of pain finally led me to see a dentist. Needless to say this was long overdue and caused in part by negative experiences in the past. I can't thank the team enough for their efforts and professionalism. It was a long process as the tooth needed extracting (one of my worse fears in the past). However everyone i dealt with, from the lovely lady at reception to the dentist and her assistant were all so calm and informative and patient, I'm now going to enroll the family here. Seriously impressed.

I first saw Nick for a regular check up and some advice on straightening my teeth. I've been using Nick as my dentist ever since. We went for Invisalign and it could not have been easier. Pricing was better than both the supposed Invisalign experts I saw who tried to push me to having more work than I actually needed. Within 2 months my teeth were perfectly straight and Nick added a bit of filler to one tooth to complete the look. He's a great dentist, really makes you feel at ease and genuinely wants what is best for you which I've struggled to find in previous dentists.

I went to this clinic because I was suffering badly from an inflamed tooth and although I knew I had to pay £75 for a visit.The visit only lasted 3 mins as nothing was done. I really appreciate I had been seen and prescribed antibiotics but I don't think it was worth the price since I had to pay for those as well. I could understand if they gave them to me for free instead I was told I would get the next visit free of charge but i have no intention on going back as it was an emergency and my regular couldn't see me I feel like I've been robbed.

I went there for a tooth extraction as was in lot of pain due to part of the tooth broken. I was seen by Dr Sonya who took x-ray of my tooth and gave Anaesthesia which didnt hurt much when injecting. She took my wisdom tooth out which is the one right at the back(top left). I thought it would hurt as I had one done many years back but to my astonishment this was done in a way i did not feel any pain at all. Dr Sonya explained the after care and gave me a leaflet and some gauze to stop bleeding. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The dentists and nurses are incredible and welcomed me well and they were very helpful with my treatment! The new receptionist that was there on Thursday 28th December was very very rude. I took her name and she said her name is Maryam and the amount of attitude she has with other patients and the staff members is appalling! This surgery needs a new receptionists because I've been here for several years since Julie was here and when I came for my checkup after years, the customer service was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I recently broke my molar in half which left me with a sharp bit of tooth causing me lots of pain as well as having a big hole. I saw Dr Nick Weir yesterday and after and hour long procedure to recreate my tooth with a huge filling i left feeling great. It feels and looks better than before and was a completely painless procedure . As well as being an extremely good dentist he was very friendly and made me feel at ease for my first time undergoing anything like this. I would highly recommend him Thank you!

I am just not sure yet. They are truly amazing on more than one level. The surgery is always squeaking clean, they are good at finding a quick slot in case of an emergency, and the staff is pro and friendly. However, everything they put on keeps falling apart, and I have to visit them more often than I wished. I decided to trust them and go for a less economic, but more reliable solution. Hopefully things go well and I will update this with a 5 stars once everything is done and settled.

The best dentist surgery I have ever been registered with. I am currently receiving treatment for dental implants and the staff at Vitality are very friendly and welcoming. They really take the time and effort to ensure you are comfortable before, during and after treatment and they go above and beyond with follow up care. I cannot thank them enough for my treatment so far and I can’t wait to see my pearly whites once my new teeth are fitted. Thank you all so much!

I visited Vitality Dental on a recommendation from a friend who had previous treatment from Dr Jan. I’ve always been anxious visiting dentists. However, Dr Jan was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She explained what was needed clearly and made me feel at ease. I’m so happy with the treatment I received, my teeth look amazing! I feel amazing and my new teeth have made me such a difference to my life. Thank you Dr Jan and the team at Vitality Dental.

I Just paid £ 99 to get my teeth clean and polished, more then I usually pay for the same service around the area. I had a quick look with the mirror at the end of my session, and everything looked fine. Until I got at home and I inspect my teeth, and I can see different stain left between. I never had stain left after a cleaning and polishing not even in Mexico. The doctor shouldn’t let me go without mention anything. I won’t use this service again.

I had a bad experience at another dentist about 18 years ago, and hadn't visited one since. so you can imagine my teeth and gums were not in a good state. I was made to feel at ease and over two visits they done a fantastic job restoring my dental health. My real thanks to the dentist and dental nurse a fantastic team if they had treated me all those years ago I would not have left it so long to return. Highly recommended.

Their dentistry is really good - I was quite happy with it, but don’t give them your email. They’ve sent me a lot of spam advertising services, it didn’t have an unsubscribe link, and my request by email to be removed from the mailing list was ignored. However, it seems like they did finally remove me from their list after I left a negative review here. There is an opportunity for improvement here and I hope they use it.

I am so happy to discover a good dentist near my home. Despite that during my first visit I was very stressed out and shaking Dr. Nick Weir was gentle and patient with me. He immediately helped me with my broken tooth and proposed a treatment for my problem with gum disease. All staff at the clinic is very friendly and the atmosphere made me feel more relaxed. I can highly recommend Vitality Dental Care.

Dr Jan is absolutely amazing and in my opinion she is the best dentist at the Tottenham branch. She fixed a tooth filling that was causing me major issues for weeks. She is very gentle with her techniques and as a patient I felt at ease at the hands of this particular Dentist. The receptionists are also very lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dental practice and more so Dr Jan.

The best dentist I have been to in my whole life they have made me less scared of the dentist I had my tooth taken out and it didn't hurt as much as I expected and it took me one week to heal probably and I'm glad that my tooth has been taken out because now I am not in pain and they make sure that your teeth are nice and healthy unlike other dentists I suggest people to come to this dentist

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment thanks to Dr Nick and his team. Really happy with the results and the thorough treatment I was given. Dr Nick always took on board any queries I had and helped find a solution and it was all included in the one off cost- so there were no hidden extras which was great. Would really recommend using this surgery- thanks for doing such a good job!

My experience at Vitality was amazing. Dr. Rory fit me into his very busy schedule on short notice and couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He fixed my teeth up real nice. Really professional, polite and patient staff, had to have a bit of work done and they made every effort to make it as painless and quick as possible. From the receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist all amazing, I was not kept waiting long. The waiting room and treatment room were clean and tidy. Everything you would should expect from a dentist, but rarely find.

I was treated by Dr. Jan for bonding and whitening, and I highly recommend her. Dr. Jan is extremely skilled and professional. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and she explains everything to you step-by-step so there are no surprises. Also very calming. I attended the dental surgery today without an appointment, as my crown came out and I urgently needed it to be cemented back on. The dentist was kind enough to see me even though it was after hours. I called this surgery as my usual one was very busy and they did not have any appointments for weeks. So My Daughter 7, had to have 2 milk teeth removed and they have done it for her in no time. They’ve ignored my email requesting to unsubscribe from their advertisement emails. I’ve now requested personal data removal under UK GDPR but have not received a response in two weeks. As the other reviewer said, the dental services are good but what they are doing with data and email ads could be against the law, and it’s not right.

Absolutely fantastic service by Dr Weir and his assistant Marco. Usually, I am very nervous about attending the dentist. However, no longer will this be the case. Great service from initial visit to most recent. Can see that the practice is putting efforts and resources into the place, I highly recommend. The practice itself is clean and parking available on local roads and very convenient to local transport. They provide detailed information and have protocols in place for the current climate.

Dr Sontani-Pari is one of the best dentists i have come across, she was patient with me and my nerves and gave me excellent feedback on my oral health so that i know where to focus going forward. Maria was also caring and a great help. The practice is exceptionally clean, I 100% recommend Vitality Dental Care and will be returning.

I’m not really happy with the service. I went there for some space between 2 teeth and ended up with the 2 teeth being extremely sensitive and painful! Over one year doing nothing else than buying toothpaste for sensitive gums! At the end I had to go to Italy to finally devitalise my teeth and find relief!

Dentist was 10 min late and didn’t apologize. He then did X-rays and charged me without informing me of extra cost. I was also not informed ahead of time payment by card had to be over £120 (my appointment was not) so that was inconvenient.
