I had Kyle and his crew do an epoxy floor coating for my 18m x 9m shed. Kyle was able to get his crew in to do the job quickly. The floor coating looks good. A quality product was used. Hopefully the epoxy will be durable and stay looking good for years to come! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances there was some slight damage done in the process. Once notified, Kyle came back to the job site, quickly took full responsibility and worked with me to come to a resolution that both parties were happy with. It is that quality customer service that sets Viva Painters apart from others. After this experience, I would trust them to complete any sized job to my satisfaction.

The tech leader Kyle is responsive to phone calls and messages. He came to my house with a notebook and carefully recorded all of the questions and requirement. His team are nice to everyone in my house and my neighbours. The roof of my house has some parts coated with silicone, the team contacted a few experts to find out solutions for how to address the bonding and thus the long-term robustness of the paint. People are all very different, as some people were not very happy with viva in previous reviews. From my perspectives, Viva is the best in terms of cost-effective ness and friendliness. Highly recommend.

Used Viva painters for the second time. On the first occasion they were very good - no issues this time however, a different experience. It was clearly said to us the best quality wash and wear paint would be used. Afterwards would be able to wash the walls all we needed to. Only weeks later we tried to wash a scuff mark off the hallway wall only to discover not only did the mark remain but also a watermark. NOW we are told only fingermarks will wash off. Viva was quick to rubbish the previous painting workmanship on our walls, not sure we got what we paid for this time either. Disappointed

I have no hesitation recommending Viva Painters. My modern two story house was a big job for a domestic painting project, with over 40 squares in area for the house. A team of master painters moved furniture, prepared surfaces, & refreshed it all using the highest quality Dulux paints, including a top of the range Acritex product on the outside. The job was done including scaffolding & boom requirements in just under 3 weeks to meet a special event deadline. There was no compromise on quality & the after job cleanup & return to normality was quick.

We had our two large industrial sheds painted by Viva. The price was very fair. The lead up to the job we were kept informed so as to know what was happening prior to starting. Arrived when they said they would and gave us very good communications during the job. Very professional outfit and easy to get along with during the process. I have used Viva Painters three times in recent months for various size jobs. They were professional and detailed in their quoting. The workers were friendly and did a great job especially with covering and protecting other areas from getting paint on them. They responded and followed up on anything I had questions about.
