Sub:Unsatisfactory service provided by Toyota. We regret to inform you that the service provided to my vehicle No. KA50MB2108 (Toyota Urban Cruiser) is highly unsatisfactory. The following reasons are brought out as under:- We had purchased the above said vehicle on 30.04.2022. Soon after the service of 1000 KM we noticed a blinking display on the speedometer. The same was verbally told to check. Further it was managed with blinking display and during the second service for 5000km we had asked them to check for the speedometer display. The car was brought back stating the display was checked and found no issues. Further the display went blank and it was unable to see the speedometer and we drove without fuel meter indicator. This caused a lot of inconvenience. On complaining again, it was then known that the part is defective and needs to be replaced under warranty. It took almost a month to receive the part inspite of continuous follow-ups with the service representative. On replacement of the part it was noticed that the kilometer indicator started from zero and on contacting the service representative it was told that since the part is new the KM reading will start from zero. We had clearly objected this as we had driven 5000+ KM and the same is recorded and our car's resale value will come down. We had clearly indicated to adjust the KM reading as to what is true and accurate. The service representative denied the same. We had asked to give in writing that the KM reading can't be adjusted. It was again told not possible. We had asked them to compensate for our loss by giving us additional one service which was initially accepted and later AGM. Mr. Hegde denied. Kindly suggest what has to be done for having honest reading on my speedometer.

I purchased from this place under UTrust a pre-owned car and was served well by the sales and the CRM team of Deepak and Shilpa - during the sales and post sales cycle. They were open to listen to points, supported and closed the transfer of ownership, enable further repairs and services at an amendable price. Good team to work with on any purchase. And they take up your asks and claims "inside" with other teams. The points that they should care to address in the UTrust are the following.And this process should work in favor of the new buyer. - Ensure that the FASTAG attached to the previous owner is revoked by the time the RC transfer is enabled. Mandatory to follow and apply. - Ensure that the know the insurance transfer process (if applicable) WRT to the provider of insurance. Some of the insurer enable through email attaching the RC digital copy, identity and address proof. The previous owner need not be involved. And this involves a fee - to be paid by the current owner. - Most importantly, they should "OWN" and "SERVICE" free-of-cost of any major defect reported within, say, two weeks of payment in-full on their branded cars. Even if they are not covered by any warranty. I had to spend 6K to get two defects that were noted / reported within couple of days of payment in full. These were pre-existing but surfaced after I used the car on short drives - not more than 20/30 Kms. Having said the above, I must say that I had a better experience in the sales cycles - not to mention the cars showcased - than their competition. So will I recommend them to other buyers? Yes. The management team have to take care of such processess, enable better customer satisfacton to stay differentiated in the market. This will help further. IMHO.

The dealership itself is nice and it is in a great location to test drive since it sits bang on the highway with less traffic. It was the customer service from their sales department that was very disappointing. Our sales person was very keen on taking the booking amount and after that, she was least interested to answer any of my queries the following day. I had informed her that I would be travelling on November 28th and will not be available in Bangalore after that. She assured to make the vehicle available for me to test drive on November 26th. I had to contact her at least 4 times that day. I even drove to the showroom late in the evening only to learn that the vehicle is unavailable and that she was going to call me first thing in the morning on November 27th to schedule my test drive. There was zero communication that day as well. Clearly, all she cared about was that booking amount. If the pre-sales experience had to be this terrible, I can only imagine how bad the sales and post-sales experience was going to be. So, I gladly cancelled my booking and booked the exact same car elsewhere. With all good intent - I hope you mend your ways and value your customers better.

First of all I would like to thank Sales officer Utrust “Sridevi V” to providing me best support I ever had. Recently I bought a Toyota Glanza CVT car from viva Toyota Utrust and finally got the chance to drive and review it. Even it is a used car its utterly amazing. The engine gives a great and smooth performance. The gearbox is very smooth and easy to operate. The ride is supremely comfortable and the overall design gives a big feeling of luxury. I was quite surprised to get a millage of 22 kmph or more (with AC) in between Bhopal to Bangalore which I have driven in a car for 1500 km! Overall, I am very satisfied with the used car and would highly recommend viva Toyota or it to anyone looking for a great luxury car.

Recently I purchased a Toyota innova hycross hybrid in viva magna showroom.Overall it was a very good experience and well supportive staffs.Especially moulya madam was supported me very well and answered all my queries with clear details. Very polite and courteous staff. However, there needs to be better coordination between the actual ground force and the customer facing service teams. Spent nearly 30 minutes waiting to drop my car off for service and repair. This turned into an hour when I arrived for pickup. Customers mustn't unnecessarily wait. The service and repairs were completed in a fairly decent amount of time. Happy with the work and would recommend to anyone who's apprehensive of visiting authorised SC's.

I took my car for 2 times here for 10 k service and 2nd time for rat mesh and under chasis coating. Manoj was the executive both time took care of car, handles well, understand the customer queries well and gets the things done at time. Service for 10k what was needed only was taken for service, unnecessary things was not considered. Will continue to take service here for my car

Viva Toyota Show Room and Service Centre on the way to Bangalore International Air port. Very spacious place and hundreds of cars can be parked. Service is excellent and individual attention is given by personnel. I was very happy with service. Beautiful entrance and lobby. Ambience is very good.

As I have purchased Urban Cruiser from VIVA TOYOTA, Hunasamaranahalli, Bengaluru , its been almost 2 years, till now I haven't received RC. I have also contacted the dealership regarding many times, but no positive response. Very Bad going with Toyota as they are not giving reliable service.
