Except for the one time in Bangkok ages ago that I can recall, I've very rarely ever experienced being asked for tips immediately after a massage. I have certainly never experienced it in Vietnam though even though I have messages almost every week. Never expected it to happen in Hue of all places because people here are known to be quite shy. I was asked for tips when I had just finished putting on my clothes and barely had my bag over my shoulder. Well, I tipped anyway as the lady had worked hard but the massage was in no way satisfying because her sills were quite poor. With the same price, I can get much more decent massage in HCMC. This was a rare mistake following the reviews on Google maps. Normally they are quite okay.

Worst service ever! Couldn't do a wax, in 45 minutes she did only one part of a leg and soooo bad it was full of hairy spots. When they finished one side of the legs they said it was finished without even doing the part behind legs!!! Once I asked if they could do the part behind they only did half and said it was done, again, without finishing !!! One star is too much, zero stars would be enough ...and yes, I left the shop but I DID pay for the terrible service!!!!

My visit to Viviana Spa was a delight. I chose a 90 minute session. Y was my therapist. She made me feel at home with a glass of hot ginger tea to enjoy while she prepared for the session. I opted for what we would call "deep tissue" massage in the US. Hot stones were included, a welcome treat. Viviana Spa is well furnished and on par with high end day spas in the US. I highly recommend Viviana Spa if you are in Hue.

I have had massages with both Y and Hang and both experiences were wonderful. Y's massage has helped my back and knee problems immensely and would highly recommend her to anyone having muscular problems particularly. Hang's remedial massage is amazing and I highly recommend her. Her calmness and gentleness is very relaxing and you come away feeling very nurtured, peaceful and relaxed.

Un lieu à fuir absolument, Vous prennent en otage en vous lavant les pieds ,vous allonge sur la table de massage et vous font attendre plus de 30 min ! Et pour bouclé la boucle,ne présent pas la moindre excuses. Hué est farcies de salons de massages,passez votre chemin devant celui-ci et choisissez en un autre.

Highly recommend! I bought the VIP hair wash which was well worth the money. The spa was clean and the music was relaxing. The staff here were very professional and friendly. Being located right within the walking street, it's a great place to stop by before going back to your accomodation!

I just had an excellent massage here. My girl friend and I saw the reviews and stopped in. They weren't wrong. From the foot bath and warm ginger tea to the hot stones and gentle music, it was a terrific, it was a relaxing and it was reenergizing. These women are professionals.

Viviana Spa was a short walk from my hotel and I needed a massage to relief tension in my neck from all the traveling. I got a traditional hot stone massage from Ý, who was kind, knowledgeable, and well trained in her craft. I really enjoyed the experience and will be back!

I have visited Viviana Spa three times now, I've had Thai Body massages, Vietnamese Body Massage and one facial on another occasion.. I have loved all of my treatments. The girls are friendly, welcoming and I always leave feeling relaxed. Will be returning, thank you.

I did my nails here, discovered the location while I was walking to the hotel back from eating out. It was already late around 9pm but they accepted me and immediately start working on my gel polish, even staying afterhours. The girls are sweet and cute.

Massage was not good, some parts of body were forgotten, therapist were talking to each other constantly, left room for more than 5 minutes and at the end they were pushy for tips. Go somewhere else…
