Absolutely amazing service! The guys were bang on time to the property and after a quick tour of our boxes / furniture they packed it super neatly in to their van. They were the perfect balance of friendly and professional which gave us full confidence in their abilities. You could tell the guys had worked together a lot as they communicated so well between each other to for round tight corners and low ceilings. And if you want to know if they were careful with our belongings - we had a 6 pack of eggs in one of our fragile boxes (not a trick/test, just genuinely ran out of time to eat them before moving) and not a single one cracked! So if that doesn’t persuade you I don’t know what will! Pricing was great value for money, and when they finished a little earlier than quoted they refunded us the difference. Will 110% be using again in the future - thank you so much! H&E :)

Fantastic service, Paul and Simon went above and beyond and made moving house a total breeze in comparison to the last time we hired a van and did it ourselves. They dismantled our furniture and reassembled in our new home which saved a huge amount of time as they were so quick. They also helped us pack up the last few bits and any boxes/items they didn’t know what to do with, they made educated guesses and put stuff in the relevant rooms. They worked so so hard, it took 2 trips and around 8 hours to move from a 2 bed flat. We got a few house moving quotes and Volition were not only very reasonable but also recommended by 3 of our friends who had used them previously. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I asked Volition to move some furniture and files from our central London office to two locations elsewhere in London. If I'm honest I was a bit nervous about it, because there was no one at our office to supervise them, but they picked all the right things up, phoned me to check that they had everything, phoned me when they were ten minutes away and then didn't mind lumping some boxes upstairs. They were also really friendly and didn't nag me to leave this review (which I hate!). All in all, if you want a friendly, efficient, professional service who are also pretty reasonably priced, I don't think Volition will let you down.

Volition moved me last week, and they were very efficient, pleasant and professional. They packed for me the day before, and they arrived on time on both days. The team of Paul, Simon and Alex (and Eric for packing) did an excellent job - the packing was done both quickly and carefully, the boxes were labelled helpfully, and the move was accomplished with both efficiency and good humour. They made a potentially very stressful time as stress-free as possible, and wouldn't leave the new place until they were sure everything was where I wanted it. I would recommend Volition without hesitation.

My whole experience with Volition removals was excellent - Richard was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, he was polite and thorough in the initial assessment and more than accommodating when my completion date changed a couple of times. When it came to the move, I couldn't fault the team, they made the whole experience so much better than I expected, and took the stress out of the day. Just had Volition guys (Ed, Ernesto and I think Paul) do a removal for us today and they did a great job. Turned up at exactly the time we requested. Happy to help box things up when we hadn’t quite done everything. Happy to nip back to the old place (it was very close) and pick up a few more boxes that we hadn’t quite boxed up. Disassembled and reassembled our beds and sofas. The team had the right work ethos and were happy to accommodate our “please wear shoe covers” request. Will use them again when we need to move again. Do not hesitate, book these guys to do your removals. Paul was professional and came up with suggestions how we could transport a few things ourselves to help save money rather than trying to get more money out of us. The team turned up on time and packed our things so fast and everything arrived in tact. They were also patient when we were still waiting to complete and killed some time to have lunch rather than clock watching. I saw this firm recommended on a neighbourhood site. We decided to use them. The move took place yesterday. We had failed to get all the packing done, and were stressed after unhelpful dealings with Lambeth Council about parking removal vans on the road. I cannot recommend this company more highly. I originally requested Volition Removals to help me move furniture from my grandad's house to my new flat. On the day of moving we asked if they would mind going via my old flat to pick up extra furniture - they agreed and were very accomodating. The whole removal was done very efficiently and professionally, and the men were were friendly. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. We'd been dreading our move but the day was actually painless in the end. We couldn't believe how quickly they got us packed up and we were out of our old place much earlier than we were expecting. They also managed to get some pieces of furniture out that we were expecting we'd have to leave behind. I cannot recommend Volition high enough - we used them for removal and packing services and everything was spot on. Team of 2 came one day to pack all our things, leaving us with enough stuff to easily survive the night and next day they arrived promptly in the morning to move everything to the new property. Even when faced with some unexpected obstacles (some furniture didn't fit through the staircase) they solved it without any issues. Overall, definitely a 5* service, and a good value for money as well!

We found Volition Removals online thanks to all the good ratings they had and decided to give it a go. From day 1, their team has been nothing but professional, organised and kind. Our move was stressful, unexpected and with young children at home. They managed to make it as smooth as possible : they were not in a hurry, took the time to properly pack everything and carefully loaded and unloaded their truck. We are strongly recommending them and will use them in the future if we have to move again!

Going to echo what all the other reviewers say - these guys are awesome and such good value. They were very responsive during the booking process and in the lead-up, and kept us up-to-date on the day (without us having to ask!). Before deciding which company to hire, I did a lot of quotes and Volition had the best score regarding positive reviews and fair price. Now after moving I can say that I did the right choice. Paul and his team did an amazing job. They delivered the packing material a few weeks before the moving date, on the day they arrived on time and were super efficient removing all my stuff to their little lorry. Paul and his team were fabulous when helping us move home and their service was fantastic value for money. Nothing was too much trouble, they took care with our belongings and reassembled all our furniture to a high standard. We have a massive 5 seater sofa that we needed to squeeze out of a one-bed flat and into a two-bed that’s not much bigger and they made it look easy. Very friendly service and good manners. Paul and the team took all the stress out of our family move from London to Canterbury. They quickly and efficient packed everything up on the Thursday afternoon, came back on Friday to load the van and drive two hours East and then reassembled our furniture and unloaded everything by 5pm.
