I am a 1st time home buyer and also new to the south Florida area. My mother is pretty busy and has more freetime on the weekends. My mother lives out of state and i have no family in Florida to help me with the home buying process. We decided that it would be best for me to purchase a home in Florida since I have been here two years and have been wasting it on rent. We started looking and favoriting homes on Zillow and I came across some properties that I really liked. With in minutes my mom got a text and call from Arsham Ghadimi. We were able to do a three way call so that he could speak with my mother and I at the same time. He was able to talk to us and figure out exactly what I was looking for and explained what he could do to meet my needs and try to meet my wants. We were able to speak with a loan officer name Joe Robinson who was just as nice and pretty hilarious actually. We were able to get my pre approval amount and thankfully it was right in line with my goal/budget that I wanted for my first property. My mother and I were extremely Impressed with how fast and efficient Joe and Arsham were. This may seem small to others, but it was a big deal to me. When I originally moved to Florida to finish my 2nd masters degree in 2018, i wanted to purchase a home then, but was so put off with the 1st two realtors that i met b/c of how rude they were. Based off of those two encounters I decided I know longer wanted to purchase nor live in Florida long term. Looking back that was a very naive and emotional decision. I could have just looking for a relator that I liked. Either way, what’s done is done and I am very happy to have been connected with Joe and Arsham. They were a great team and left a very positive 1st impression. I look forward to completing the home buying process with them.

I was a first time home owner who only knew the basics of the buying process.
