I went to the Del Mar Vuori store to get a few items for my older boys to try. I asked a salesperson about the return/exchange policy because I wanted to insure things we returnable. He said that anything could be returned for full refund to the original form of payment. My oldest son was standing there and verifies that he heard the same thing. My boys liked 2 of the 3 items I bought. Returned to the store the next day to return the one item they did not like and bought several other items for them to try. On my 3rd visit to the store the following day I took 1 pair of shorts back for a refund—bought 6 items total and returned 1 item. Unfortunately, what I learned is that Vuori cannot give refunds for an item that was purchased via an exchange. When making my exchange during my 2nd visit to the store, this policy or limitation should have been explained to me. They gave me a store credit, as a result—unacceptable! Please beware of this policy which was not communicated. Easily could have been avoided—would have returned the item for a refund and then repurchased the new items. Customer beware!!

I was already a big Vuori fan when I walked into the store a few Fridays ago, but I needed to write another review after the excellent service I received from Garret, Chase, and Frank! I had 2 pairs of Ripstop Climber Pants that appeared to have a defect, as each had the same rip near one of the back pockets after minimal use. Not only did Garret, Chase, and Frank apologize for the issue and offered me replacement pairs free of charge, but they also took the time to help me make sure the size I got was the right fit based on their own experiences of wearing the Ripstop pant. It's been a crazy year, and I can't imagine trying to navigate it as a retailer, but these three went above and beyond and brightened my day because of it. Thanks to you all for the help, and for the new excuse to buy even more Vuori clothing!

Fashion Valley Pop UP I stopped in on July 14, 2023 and was assisted by Julissa-Sales Assoc. who was fantastic. She was friendly and outgoing along with knowing the Vuori brand styles very well. I returned the following day with my mother and worked with Julissa again having such an amazing experience and bought some additional clothing. Nice store and good looking clothing. Courteous staff. But epic fail when it comes to availability of sizes and colors. More appealing colors of items are only available in a few oddball sizes because the rest have sold out and not been restocked. Hard to imagine a clothing retailer hasn’t figured that out and hopes to survive as a brick and mortar in this day and age.

I had an awesome experience at this store. Everything was neat, organized, easy to find and well stocked. The manager (River Stevens) helped me with my returns efficiently and effectively and did not delay in processing them. This is definitely my “go -to” store for in-store purchases going forward.

I edited this from 1 star to 4 stars. The customer support was still horrible but the actual clothes are amazing. Way better than Lulu or any other workout brand I’ve tried. They are so soft and flattering. Definitely will be my go to for workout gear despite the shipping taking forever

Hands down best customer service ever! I stained my shirt and they told me I could exchange it for a new one. Crazy I know! Everyone was professional and real helpful. Definitely could tell they love there job. Most comfortable clothes ever and best customer service.

Finally stopped in today and was greeted by incredibly lovely staff. Was able to shop without pressure and made 3 purchases. The description of the quality and softness mentioned on their website is totally accurate. Will be back for more!

The staff is extraordinary! Welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable regarding Vuori products. The store is beautifully designed and the product is easy to look at. This is not your mundane work out wear. This is an innovative approach!

Awesome clothing store and closer to me than the Encinitas location. Everything they sell here is quality. Kore shorts, bank shorts and pontos are all highly recommended. The staff is very kind and welcoming too at this location.
