EDIT - there is no signs letting customers know when staff are not working, or when these times may be. No help to customers! Guessing if staff will be there to do a service wash is not practical and does not work for anyone!! I've currently been waiting downstairs, inside the laundrette, knocking on the staff door and ringing the bell for over half an hour. I can hear people upstairs but it seems that the open hours are not followed and that the staff cannot be bothered to take my service wash on. The front door is open but they obviously do not want custom. Really annoying and such a waste of people's time when businesses claim they are open and simply cannot be bothered to do the work.

I visited this laundry last Sunday for the first time, I have to say, the service I received from Sarita was excellent. I’ve never used a laundry before and Sarita was very kind to go out of her way to show me how to use the machines and was very friendly. Going forward this will be regular place as Sarita’s service was exceptional. Thank you for all your help Sarita, your help and kindness is much appreciated. Sarita is a great asset to the business!

This was my first time going outside for drying my clothes. Great place and friendly staff. Staff are mostly Indians some are malayalees which actually helped me get around the working of machines. While you put the money check the arrow to understand which machine you are putting the money in. Lot of people end up putting coin in the wrong machine, which you will need someone from staff to rectify if that happens

I visited the laundry to do my washing on the weekend and excellent service from Sarita who helped me and advised me with the different service washes and was happy to do my service wash for me. She was very professional in her job, she was polite and friendly and would visit again. Fantastic service.

Sarita is always polite and helpful. I use the laundry every Sunday morning around 6.30 and she is always here early cleaning, it is a pleasure to use such a clean facility. It would be helpful if the door was fixed though, it does not close on its own and is cold in the winter.

I have been using this Launderette for a few years and there is a lady called Serena who work there that is so accommodative and helpful to everyone's needs, I have noticed when she is working the place is so clean and organised. Brilliant service. Thank you so much Hasu

Had to wash 4 blankets. staff members are very helpful . Have paid for wash and dry . When came back after 2 hours everything was packed and ready to go . I'm very satisfied about services. Thank you.

Some of the driers won’t work properly. Clothes will be wet even after putting clothes for an hour also clean the driers and maintain proper hygiene. This is not suggestible to dry white clothes.

I went yesterday now the customer service was not good. I was with you since 2 years no problme before tha management was good and now i dont wanna come next time

Very rude staffs .they keep my clothes in staff room.they said u not coming back to take excact time.She said this is my uncle laundry.

One suggestion would be strictly follow opening and closing time. Launderette was closed early couple of times and I had to go back.

The staff is not helpful there. All the time on video call when we were there not listening what we need. Rude as well
