"Absolutely abysmal that the shop will not open on time"
This shop is a life saver. Extremely popular for sweets as they are responsible priced. Ranged between £1.00-£2.00 and get 2nd half price. Not much more expensive than a supermarket to be honest. I come to this one quite a bit as it sometimes still works out cheaper by paying for the train fare and get them than in your local supermarket.
It's a very small shop, mostly magazines and candy / drinks. A few stationary items for sale. Staff are polite and service is quick. Price wise it's not particularly cheap but standard pricing for WHSmith. It connects to the station so is convenient but otherwise there are quite a few other stores to choose from nearby.
Why does this branch never accept the Vodafone promotions? They always come up with excuses or say come back tomorrow. It isn't a stock issue, there is always plenty of the promotional items. The offers are valid for one day and will not work the following day. Lazy, unprofessional staff is to blame.
Well stocked shop with nice layout. Even though the shop is small in size, it is big in stock of goods and items. Fairly priced items, lots of magazines, chocolate bars, books and other items. The shop is located in the Upminister station building and one of it entrances is at the stations lounge.
Absolutely abysmal that the shop will not open on time. I have been waiting outside for over 20 minutes waiting for them to open at the time displayed in the door, 9am, and there isn't any sign of life inside. Absolutely shocking.
my girlfriend shopped in this store and she was harassed I do not recommend visiting this store
Small shop but good service and I hope they never close
