So I went for a pickup. One of their waiters had eye infection which is viral nowadays. I noticed he was wearing glasses for protection and was rubbing his eyes continuously. Later he grabbed a tissue and started wiping his glasses with the tissue. Right after he used the SAME tissue which he used to wipe his glasses off and started cleaning forks and spoons which were ready to use for the next order. Then he used the same hands to assemble ketchup sachets and tissue papers which are used for takeaway or delivery orders. I ignored it because I didnt know he is going to put the same tissues and sachets into my order. On the same night, my little sister got an eye infection and my eyes started to water as well. I just want the food authority to take action against such unethical behavior from their staff who failed to maintain hygiene standards.

Food is toooo good. Ambience good as well. Want to share something about a Junior level manager in who's presence the food served is old and cold, not fresh. Have experienced this twice and have complained as well, and there's never an excuse or apology either.
