We just moved from JBR to Arabian Ranches - 2 different communities and size of homes with vary different rules. So we were looking for a packing and moving company that could manage that. We highly recommend Wrap It. Headache free and will accommodate your schedule. Very easy to deal with and very pleasant team. They assess and execute in a timely fashion. Very flexible. Moving team is careful with valuables and plant life and they move fast. Management team is great too. They kept in touch over the phone and WhatsApp throughout the process. Areas of improvement: some moves may actually need to take more than a day. So assessing that need should be studied depending on scale of move and location restrictions and move-out/ move-in rules. We were scheduled to move all items in a day, but it took two. Not a huge deal when moving locally, but those moving abroad or long distances locally might need to consider that. Very efficient in packing and wrapping all furniture. Very decent people. Easy to communicate with and follow all guidelines and instructions. I used Wrap It for my apartment move on 5th September. Overall, the move went ok but disappointed that only 3 guys attended the job. This didn’t seem like enough with the large amount of furniture to move so I felt they were rushing to get done and not taking care. Some of the furniture was not adequately protected and my marble coffee table was chipped and the bed was damaged. I purchased insurance but you have to identify any damage before they leave the premises and they left in a hurry so this was not possible.

The only professional company in UAE. We had the best experience ever as we moved our 2 bedrooms apt from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. We were so stressed and upset (who likes to move.. we don’t) but the team made us laugh all the time. They were so fast and funny and we started singing. The team were so neat and clean, happy staff with smiley faces and so flexible. We reached our new house in Dubai and they unwrapped perfectly everything.
