I Googled mobile RV Repair and came up with 20 businesses. I went down the list and was able to get an appointment with another company that never showed up at the designated day/time, despite repeated follow up calls. I then went down the list and called nearly every one of them but not one of them, EXCEPT Wrenches N Ratchets Mobile would come onsite for repair. Every one said I needed to bring in my motor home. The problem was, it wouldn’t start, so how could I bring in something that wouldn’t move? Sean at Wrenches N Ratchets said he would come out and look at it. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. It required removing the gas from an almost full 90-gallon gas tank, and then removing the tank to get at the fuel pump. He was able to secure the part, install it, and she was humming again as if she had received a new heart! Thanks to Sean and his assistant, Sean Sr., at Wrenches N Ratchets for their professional, expert work in tackling quite a difficult job. They showed up when they said they would and kept in constant contact with you. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We are NexLvl Services a plumbing company based out of the Phoenix and surrounding areas. We are in the middle of a project when our excavator broke down in the middle of a drive through with the boom in the hole. After calling several heavy equipment dealers, they either had no one that could work on our type of tractor, didn't do mobile service or only did work in their shop, these guys saved us. They were able to diagnose the issue and were very communitive of what was going on and what their recommendation are. They were fast and prompt to get out to our job site so that the location could reopen their drive thru.

We bought our first ever motorhome from a private owner and Wrenches n Ratchets did a pre-purchase inspection on it. I found this company on Yelp, and they responded within couples of hours with a quota. They were the only company to be available to have the unit inspected the following day (super-fast) and to travel 1.5 hours to the site. The technician showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The report/invoice was sent to us electronically the same day. Calling a mechanic is normally an unpleasent experince wondering what youll be charged for not needed and the high cost of it. From the start of scheduling the work with Samantha and working with Sean at my home to have the issue corrected was the most comfortable Ive ever had dealing with mechanic shop. Very pleasent folks, very prompt, very reasonable cost and got staright to the issue and its resolve once they showed up for the job. I'm delighted by the service I recieved from Wrenches n Ratchets. I live in a motorhome, so having a mobile mechanic I can trust is very convenient. I needed a mobile mechanic to take a look at a wiper issue that confounded an RV repair tech. Wrenches n Ratchets had FANTASTIC communication, showed up on time, billed fairly and transparently, and got us fixed up quickly! He was able to figure out the issues with our trailer with 100% confidence. Even from having our trailer being worked on before and the wiring for the liftgate and lighting got messed up he was still able to get it correct. Was even able to make the tractor work with the trailer without doing any major modifications. He is the one we will call every time we are in town and need work done.

Thank God for Wrenches & Ratchets! When every other service company was offering help within 30+ days, Wrenches & Ratchets came to the rescue in under a week. March 2023: Current labor rate was $150 Hr. I had all 4 break chambers replaced. The job took 6 hours.Two technicians showed up to do the job and were professional and knowledgeable about the job. I live here locally and plan on using them again in the future. I am pleased with the work and would suggest them to others.

This company did great job! Samantha in the office great in getting me scheduled with a convenient time. Sean was knowledgeable and personable, he reviewed the completed work with me. I felt the costs were reasonable and company the was conveniently local. Overall my experience was positive and would use them again.

This company is pricey to come out to see you, but I think they are worth the price. They were able to go get me a new RV battery for less than I expected to pay, and they were able to do an inspection and maintenance for it too all at my house and the next day after I called. I will be a repeat customer for sure

I have a generator problem and it says they do mobile generator service. So I called them they want $375 just to come out and look without doing even any repair whatsoever that is just trip charge and diagnostic. I already know what the problem is. I don’t think they will stay in business for too long.
