Been wearing a system for 6 years now and last 3 years have been with world wide hair hub ( ever since they have been fully operational in india). I was always conscious about wearing a system as somewhere it seemed obvious inspite of all the tall claims made by my previous company, where everyone in unison forces you to believe that they are right (don't blame them as it's business). Met Mr Elton for consultation and what I liked the most was he does not dump the system on you, he lets you decide and get back which is always a good thing. The quality of patches which they have is amazing and also the variety, I myself have gotten about 6 patches in the last 3 years, different ones for different ocassions apart from the usual replacement. And to talk about the chief stylist Janet- she is the best and she knows what suits you and been lucky that I have got an opportunity to get new patches styled by her during one of her indian visits (chief stylist caters to their international clients in other countries as well) and without any premium price!!! Indian stylist Ameer is very good with his craft and he will leave you only after he is satisfied be it new look or regular service. The professionalism and the welcoming nature makes this place stand above the rest (apart from their natural looking patches) The systems are slightly on the expensive side but not much considering their product is much better than most available in the market. (This is for people who think buying online and pictures posted on other websites, you must understand that lot of efforts go in the photos, it's not about how you look at the salon it's about how you feel at home when you wash your hair and style it yourself) If you are a first timer this is the place to sort your confusion out and gain your confidence again! To begin with, these guys have been in the business over 20 yrs, right from sourcing to distribution to providing end service in their own salons. Especially in this business, the service providers need to know their products in every detail as you have a variety of systems in terms of the feel of it, durability and pricing which they have due to their business model that covers end to end sales & service. To me this is their biggest USP that differentiates them from the rest who mostly spend their money on marketing and less on their products and service. It's been a yr now and I know Elton quite well and pretty much everything about their business operations right from sourcing to sales. I see that almost evey customer of his come through word of mouth, in other words he doesn't really spend anything on marketing like the rest and generally this saving is passed onto the customers. To sum it up, Elton really knows his products inside out, doesn't compromise on the quality, understands his customers really well including women. World wide hair hub is for sure here to stay for long run, I can vouch for his unique service offerings, I landed up here after speaking to 5 to 6 other providers for 2 yrs who just run them as pure businesses with lack of proper knowledge and delivery. So yeah, I am sure you may have a 100 questions in your head as this is quite a niche service and there are not too many experts out there, however I can promise you that this in all certainty will be your last stop, give it a shot.

They are clearly not professionals. Note( they don’t have any showroom as per their profile) They have wasted my money on two wigs. After getting done my 1st hair patch with them, they have cut so sort my hair that the entire wig got wasted. Which costed me 65 thousand rupees. Then I had to get another wig which costed me 60 thousand on the next day. After that also I was not satisfied and every after 3 4 days, the wig used to come out, i had to face so many issues with their service. They don’t provide bills, and if we ask for bill, then again 18%gst + wig price. That was not informed before to the customer. In the end, when I have asked them to visit for the service, they have clearly said that they won’t fit best for the job. Their behaviour was that Indians does not understand things better, and dubai is der main cliental base. They are stealing the @gst also, as most of the people are informed later on when bills are asked and few people won’t able to pay 10-11k extra after the wig.

I would have given 0 star but unfortunately there is no such option available this fraudsters cheat on you by putting 2k wig on your head and take 12k which is fake and also charge 1 k extra to even colour one patch of the hair and they ddnt even fix the hair properly just in two days and when you go back they are like u have to take appointment like seriously we ddnt even take any appointments while we initially went all an all its the worst experience please be cautious cze they give cheap quality wigs while you they will be very sweet where will this go karma will come around if u want to earn money be honest and genuine just for money dont ruin people’s trust u are the cheapest

I took a new hair patch with me to fix the same. The size didn't go well and he explained to me about the quality and size. Which I really appreciate for the quality products he has shown with a wide range of costs. However, the one I carry would be of waste hence I decided to come back but I never expected a consultation charge of 500! For a moment, I felt im consulting a doctor! I think its completely alright for the services(hair fixing 800 or 1300 in cash) but for the products he explained is a market and I would be his potential customer but may not be now!

One of the best Centre as it provides the basic knowledge before you take the plunge to act. The comfort lies on the time and experience which Mr.Elton hold over the period giving an essence of completion of the journey. The product and services keep upto the mark though can be an experience of premium payment as mostly in cash or pay with GST with card :).
